Omg, I love my Jane Epic pram!! – Thanks Jane! You make my life with a newborn and toddler so simple! I have the rider board on the back and my epic folds up with this still attached. The carrycot is fantastic and folds up small enough that I can just slide this behind my seat. My favourite thing is the handbrake and the safety of having to press in the button before the break will work. This has stopped me from accidentally letting the brake go when I’ve been distracted.

Excellent!...but – This is by far the most manoeuvrable I've used, you can control it with one hand in crowded shopping centre. Very very easy to fold and unfold. The Structure is solid and we have had many compliments on this pram. The problems I have after about 2 years of 'infrequent' use, the rear wheels aren't clicking into place anymore, so as you keep pushing… Read more

the pram, unknown to you the wheels slowly start to slide out, which means the breaking system won't work. Originally the only issue i had and might still have was the breaking wire at the wheels keeps slipping out so while one wheel braked the other would still move.

I have spoken to the company, and i am yet to contact Baby seconds heaven who are the official repairs. I bought this during the Melbourne Baby expo in 2016 and lost our receipt during a move, so god knows how much this is going to set me back to fix a possible design flaw.

Super happy with my new Jane Pram!! – OMG the Jane Epic pram is so light and easy to fold you can do it with one hand. Love the hood idea on hot days you can let the breeze flow through the mesh, and the handle bar has adjustable heights great for hubby. Speaking of hubby and bubs love the suspension smooth ride over the bumps. Pram came with, rain cover, foot muff and I got the… Read more

carry cot as a bonus. Overall, I've found the Jane Epic to be great for our needs.

Thanks Baby Buntings for your help.

Steph

Jane Epic Pram and Micro Carrycot Package - Teal – Bought this package ready for the son's first child and at 6 and1/2 months it's lived up to expectations for outdoors mum and dad. The Teal gives the plethora of boring black prams a splash of colour without taking a gamble on all over light colours getting grubby. The PU solid tyres are like pneumatics but banish puncture worries and coupled with… Read more

the suspension means this is a serious off-roader. I can vouch for that on an outing to Myponga Beach recently and by pulling the stroller backwards with bub it went through soft sand and thick seaweed to get to normal pushing on the pebbly wet sand expanse for a long walk up the beach and back again. Furthermore with the inverted U rear axle and the front wheels locked you can jog/run with this pram/stroller on pavement or hard even ground but a word or warning about that for pram buyers generally.

If you think these mini vehicles are maintenance free you're kidding yourself and I've attended to a couple of maintenance items for the DIL already. She mentioned early on one of the front wheels had a small wobble (a notoriously common complaint with all prams if you net search 'pram wheel wobble') so adjusting up the lock nuts on the wheel pivots had it all running sweet again. Like the similar complaint one of the rear wheels suddenly seemed to be 'clicking' and by easily adjusting the brake cable up that pulled the wheel brake pin back properly in the off position where it had been rubbing on the brake disc holes.(hint: Bowden cables need adjusting folks) These are simple take-up issues with bedding in all new prams and like your new car or bike need early inspection and maintenance although once settled in such adjustments are few and far between.

The one minor tradeoff with that excellent off-road suspension is smaller storage underneath but Jane provide an excellent net shopping bag accessory to attach to the stroller. So factor one in if you want the best off-road/on road/jogger package handy grandad has come across doing his homework and active mum and dad are appreciating more and more by the month.

Bad design, everything rubs. Wheels shake – Bad design unfortunately. We had high hopes due to the high cost and the way the service assistant talked it up at Baby Bunting. Wheels shake uncontrollably when walking even slowly, fabric on sun shade is dirty and worn from just folding, and brake line is crunched when collapsed. Contacted company, very unhelpful. Save your money!!

LOVE this pram, great quality, easy to use – Bought on the Jane website. Customer service was awesome. LOVE this pram. Had done some research on lots of models and really like the compact fold, pushes really easily. We used the basinet for the the first few months - love it! Great pram for walking, suspension works so well. Handles perfectly on and off road. Would highly recommend the Epic to anyone wanting a quality pram that's so easy to use, lightweight and looks great too!

Everything is Perfect – I went to check some brands of stroller in some baby shop to find out what stroller we need based on our daily activity and to meet our budget. We choose Jane Epic Stroller because : 1. We fall in love with the design and build 2. Love the soft material. Some strollers material is not that soft like Jane brand. 3. Price is good 4. Easy to… Read more

Overall very unsatisfied – It is easy to maneuver and unfold but im not very happy about the pram. I had to swap the first one we bought because of the creaky noise it made on the right side above the wheels of the frame. I v got it replaced but again it's all creaky and the wheels are making a swishy noise too. I havent even used it outside yet. I v only been using inside… Read more

the house on a wooden floor. It's only been 5 days since i v got it replaced. Imagine if i take it outside for a stoll it will all fall apart. It sounds like everything is loose and need to be tightened. We are Very disappointed. We wanted to buy a perfect best quality pram for the bub. Thought it would fulfill our expectations unfortunately it didn't. Im not even sure whether the store would accept another return.

Stumbled across perfection! – I absolutely LOVE my Jane Epic pram! It's super east to maneuver, light and easy to fold with one hand. The fact that you can easily fold the whole pram with the seat on or off is a big plus. I bought mine on sale and it came with the seat, bag, rain cover and bassinet attachment which was fantastic for when my daughter was a newborn. The… Read more

zipper on the seat hood is great for when it's hot to let the breeze flow through the mesh, a clever little design.

CON: The only issue that I've noticed (which is minimal) is that the front wheels sometimes get a wobble but I haven't found it to be an issue.

My partner and I moved state when my daughter was born and the movers damaged the seat and hood so I called Brandstyle Australia and they were more than happy to assist me with a quote for a package deal on a new seat, basket, handlebar cover and accessories of my choice.

It has been such a stress free experience with BrandStyle and Jane prams. Hopefully I'll be able to stick with Jane for all of my children prams!

Fantastic pram – Have been using the Jane Epic since bubs has come along and could not be happier, ease of use is terrific and is nice and light. Not only is the pram fantastic but service we received from Bruce at Jane was second to none. Highly recommend.

Undecided – Have just set my pram up as baby due this week but it seems like it's very loose and wobbley.. The frame does not feel too sturdy.. And I'm also a bit confused with the link fix adapters for my maxi cosi capsule, they don't seem to fit either.. Any suggestion you may have would be greatly appreciated..
