Terrible service and misleading. Booked my transit in for a timing belt online, and got a quote $1555.00. Any rang me to confirm booking and told me it woukd be done same day. When i took my van in to do the job, the guy told me he needs it for 1 week and cost $4000+. I've now wasted a day off from work losing money and wasted my time. Disgusting service!!!

Brought a car 6mths ago it developed a fault witch we told them about at service time they didn’t do any diagnostic checks nothing told me to take it to another dealer and get it checked at my cost and the part isn’t covered under warranty etc etc … them warranties aint worth the paper they are printed on I will not be using them or ever buying a car from them again stay away people.. they have offered no help no support nothing Show details

cluster starting to crack I have taken photos of it growing I booked it in to Jarvis ford trinity they took my keys and said we will be done in about an hour 15 mins later I get the keys back and they said we took photos to send to ford I said I have photos why did I need to come in they said we don’t need your photos we took our own I said my photos prove what is happening. They were meant to get back to me in a week 3 weeks later I rang they said we have declined your warranty claim obviously I was very upset because they had not done there due diligence and if they used my photos this would be getting fixed . They have said we don’t need to look after him he doesn’t come here for servicing . And because I didnt want to pay 6 k more for a new van they decide to ignore me I will never go back there and ford Australia has been given my complaint.
Poor Quality Car, Dodgy Finance, Unprofessional Car Care – If you want PROBLEMS then buy car from Jarvis Gepp Cross, or if you want PEACE of mind go elsewhere. want to end up like me. Bought a car, struggling to go uphill, they couldn’t find any faults. Complained to them they said no warranty for it as it’s a secondhand.
Dodgy +++ – 3 year fixed service warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. Services done by CMI Toyota. They don’t do a proper service. When the three years are up and you go back to your usual mechanic, expect lots of repairs CMI missed or ignored! Beware of the ‘spotters fee’ they don’t mention when they sort finance for you. Unprofessional car care program (AstroGlaze Paint Protection) at Jarvis Toyota Adelaide – Joined the car care program for the new car. The first application was perfect. The second application had the AstroGlaze sealant missing from both side mirrors. The company is generous to provide remedy to the missed area.
POOR TRADE IN / BUYING OUTRIGHT OFFERS – Beware of the instant offer via Carsales..! I have a 2016 Hyundai I30 SR Premium with 21 k on it (full service history etc. it would be the best available). up My insurance company have valued and insured the car at $18000. I understand about sales margins etc but please be sure to value your car before accepting one of these offers.

disgusting service – Car goes in to Norwood for repairs 27/4 takes a week to fix. A week later it fails again and RAA tows it to nearest dealer (Mt Barker). Thing is Mt Barker refuse to fix it because Norwood warranty work and Norwood refuse to fix because car isn't there!!! Update.... Week7 So after a week I've had to arrange to transport the vehicle to Jarvis and they have booked it in for a week's time.... They honestly don't care. And this all to replace a sensor that Jarvis didn't install properly.
update week 8. got the car back and they "think" it's fixed... wondering what the bolts in the center console are, turns out the bash plate is missing off the car. rang and gave what for.

esecond car around fur su to inspect and which we took for a test deive while he and the valuer inspected our car. back 15 mins later and after short wait (10 mins) Charlie cam back with the valuator and price was disciussed. they went away and returned after 5 mins with a lower changeover price which was still behond oru budget. returned ten minutes l;ater with third offer very close to our limit. Charlie and Brett could not have been more pleasant, the car met all specifications listed. would have been happy to buy but managed to get a newer model for same price elsewhere. They don't seem to care about how you feel about your treasured possession, it just seems the service department work on the basis of if they ignore you long enough you will go away. I did go away eventually and I took the sale of another new car to my wife with me. This review doesn't get into the nitty gritty of how they acted in such a anti customer way because there is not enough room. Reading through the reviews here it seems to be a very common occurrence yet they still carry on the same. there he said my car would worth max $27k considering it has full dealer service history, no damages, no scratches… I decided to sell it privately and got $33k for it. I said to him that I wanted the new WRX with the exact same specs and colour as the DEMO and asked if I could buy the demo. The short answer was NO as it was not for sale. He convinced me to buy a new one and I put a deposit of $500 and signed the papers. When I got home that night I found out that the DEMO I drove was for sale. It was Friday night in the Christmas weekend. The first thing I did after the public holidays was ask for my money back as [Name Removed] LIED to me and the hustle started with all the question and blablabla. My money didn’t come back on the promised time and I had to actually treat them saying I was gonna do a bad review. Finally they called me to do the refund and it took 4 days for the money to be available on my account. correspondence done but was refused, as got vehicle serviced at another service centre, if a customer is not satisfied with the advice given for complaints, he is bound to go elsewhere, this should not hamper you warranty
Money grab – Bought a car from Jarvis Mawson Lakes in Jan 2021, was given all the jazz about after sale unlimited km warranted, fixed priced servicing etc. But when I got my car serviced they charged me 100 extra for just checking the suspension and braking system. started vibrating the next day. I have been trying to reach them but I keep getting the operator saying "we are very busy please leave your number". I think the "warranty" they say is just a money grab.

Nightmare – due to health problems I was forced to downsize my vehicle. department employee try and charge me for parts and labour (van still under warranty) and they don't communicate with each other either because I have had my van booked in for work a couple of times but the individual failed to put it in the diary. Thanks to Jarvis I'm surprised I still have a job. Hillcrest Jarvis failed to tell me from the beginning, that for the make and model of my van, that they don't have the necessary tools to work on it (3rd visit I was told this).

Appalling customer service – Cleaner was great, however customer service is appalling! Can’t get through on the phone, they never return calls after leaving numerous messages and emails. App doesn’t work. Very poor communication!
Sales and service sloppy – Sale at Kensington was sloppy, but the service dept has been the real problem. Have to ask several times for updates to made to sat nav, ladies at the service phone line are frosty, Kensington never answer the phone and take over a day to call you back. I have made a complaint to Subaru Australia and finally decided to swap service to Eblen. I love Subaru cars; Jarvis dose not do any justice to the brand in South Australia. Show details
Service Department Totally Suck – The vehicle sales are mediocre leaving a lot to be desired followed by the sale of junk insurance sales that I felt compelled to purchase but the service department are totally untrustworthy. after checking the problem informed me to not drive the vehicle because the sump plug could drop out on the road at any time.
This was repaired by the local mechanic.
It is obvious that Jarvis service department has no quality control measures or supervision of service staff in place and all the service area can do with service training.
Great service, including out of warranty help – Always great service - Jarvis Subaru has twice fixed vehicle problems after expiration of warranty at no cost or at significantly reduced rate.
Jarvis Isuzu - Sales brillant - let down by service department – Dealt with Fab at Jarvis Isuzu in Angaston. Great guy who made doing the deal really easy. However when it comes to there service department - that is another story. managed to leave a sensor unclipped and swinging by the wiring harness. Also got overcharged for a 10,000km service and actually believe they charged us for the wrong service but they have denied this all along, but after much discussion they did agree to refund about 1/3 of what they charged us.
Great customer service/great car/great waiting areas – I finally traded in the 20+ year old car for a brand new Corolla Ascent hatchback which has more bells and whistles than I will ever use. right up to the concierge for drop off. They have a great waiting area which has TV, WiFi, help yourself free coffee, cold drinks, biscuits. The workshop area is clean and they are always respectful to the customer and the car. My car always comes back cleaner than it went it. The car has always been ready when they said it would.
