times, wheels that scrub as they are not aligned and the list goes on. All little things that a few extra hours and competent workmanship could overcome with a bit more care in the workshop.

On a positive note, the van tows really well, is strong, has reasonably good quality materials and fittings and includes a lot of convenient features.

It is not the quality of Jayco that let them down, it is the workmanship and after sales service from dealers such as the one in Adelaide that let them down. Jayco, please listen!

you put the fly up) i had a new fly made that goes all the way to the ground and we use the space inside like a storage closet for bikes etc. We absolutely love ours and honestly believe some people really expect to much from a caravan. Look at the expensive ones they use the same appliances and they still fall apart. Just went to our local van show today and was disappointed in the finish of $80 000 -100000 products. Definitely no better as far as quality control goes.

17 ft expanda 18 months of use – My Expanda is very satisfactory . we have travelled 19000 ks so far with no breakages . Connection between areal and tv at poptop end was poorly done as was air con connection at same point. promised me when i purchased the van and also the great after service repairs. Purchased van in Sep, had to wait for December for dealer to even look at the problems, and then the van was sitting at dealer for 7 weeks. When i picked up the van i was asked to return it as the problems still aren't fixed, Manger was to call me still waiting 3 weeks now, maybe they 're waiting until the 12 month warranty runs out. Thanks Jayco it's been a delight to save for years and then throw my money away on your product.

Great value for money – I'm surprised reading some of the reviews I have a 2012 17.56/2 expanda poptop and love it we have been away 9 trips in it and only once did we get a little rain in beds I have since waterproofed the canvas on the ends and never been wet again a great van comfortable and reliable easy to tow certainly purchase another to upgrade without hesitation

which also caused water to run through the van. They then took 2 weeks to fix it. Second time using the van over Christmas found further problems the ceiling trims had fallen down from the joints, Started to use the water tanks and they ran dry even though the water indicators said the tanks were still full, The display panel stops working periodically and then doesn't allow us to use anything in the van, water pump wont work, lights on battery wont work etc until panel decides it wants to work again. It was taken back when we came home in beginning of January, There answer is they cannot find the fault as it works and then doesn't work, It is now 1st Feburary and still no van back with no idea when I will get it back. SO MUCH FOR BUILD QUALITY, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING A JAYCO AS THERE BUILD QUALITY IS DREADFUL

Poor after sales service brisbane camperland from were I bought the van from said they wouldn't look at it until March Poor after sales considering it is a brand new van, BUYERS BEWARE
