JBA Carpet Court

Best price out of three quotes and an impressive team. We had carpet installed in four bedrooms and a rug made for the loungeroom. Andrew was a delight to deal with, so knowledgeable and handled a last minute change professionally, nothing was too much trouble. The guys who laid the carpet were very skilled and experienced. Would use Carpet Court Hornsby again (wont even bother with other quotes). Thanks Andrew and all:-)

Disappointing, worst communication ever – Truly dismal experience. Worst communication I have experienced with any form of retailer in the last 20 years. A number of delays occurred due to Covid and staff sickness, this was an irritant but not a massive problem and beyond JBA Carpet Calls' control but there was zero communication to advise us of the delays. After raising the poor communication with the company it did not get any better, especially when we were woken from our sleep by the carpet layers knocking on our door to tell us they were there to lay the carpet, we had no prior notification. We also had a room full of furniture to move as we had no idea when carpet would be done. Fortunately the carpet layers helped us move the furniture and did a great job. We love the carpet but will not be dealing with JBA Carpet Court again.

Excellent flooring supplier and installer – I have used JBA Carpet Court for my own flooring and now use them for my Interior Design clients. I can't fault their knowledge or service. Their pricing is sharp and the installers do a great job. Adrian the business owner has a deep knowledge of flooring and is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
