Jeep Financial Services are absolutely terrible! Do not get finance with them. I have tried countless times to call and have not been able to speak to someone regarding my loan. When I send emails to them to get their bank details to make additional payments, the response arrives in my inbox 2+ months later. Their customer service is absolutely awful and I would not reccomend anyone to go through Jeep for finance.

I bought a Jeep grand Cherokee. Wish I never did. After speaking with Jeep Australia needing a simple sticker for my vehicle to change registration from one state to another I was told I would have to drive to my nearest dealership seven hours away. There was no way they were going to help me stuck up snotty nose last time I ever buy a jeep. Show details

Don’t buy a JEEP – Apparently jeep like there customers to keep there mind sharp and guess the speed there doing. Car been back 37 times with multiple issue but apparently nothing wrong just needed software update. Jeep will without a doubts fail you if you engage – After reading the reviews on this page I feel happy I am not alone but scared that this is happening to everyone. I’ve had them outright fabricate conversations then write it in email, trespass on my property to pick up a loan car and not even knock or advise they were coming then lie again. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you want to… Read more

know more. As someone else mentioned. I loved the product and it’s not even the cars fault for the most part. It’s the incompetence of the company and its processes and their management of their customers and what’s appropriate. It’s honestly not worth it!! I too will be going to probably have to engage with the authorities to get a reasonable resolution and not be left done wrong by and out of pocket.

A remarkably disappointing experience – To those who want to place your order at Brighton Jeep: I had a remarkably disappointing experience. On 24/4/2021, I ordered a 2021 JGC S-limited at Brighton Jeep and signed a contract, panoramic sunroof is also included in the contract. I paid the remaining fees and picked up this car on 30/11 and found the sunroof was not fitted in the car, I… Read more

went back to them and they claimed that Jeep has stopped making 2021 S-limited GC WITH panoramic sunroof 6 months ago due to COVID(?) and they stopped making slimited with sunroof(?), they thus delivered an S-limited WITHOUT sunroof to me. The truth is, Jeep has just stopped producing slimited with sunroof until this month and last couple of slimited will be arriving in Australia next month. I have confirmed with many other dealers about this.

The funniest thing is, nobody had noticed me of this matter (if it was true) from signing the contract to the delivery - no joke - NO ONE had noticed me of this matter in the past 8 months even after I paid the remaining fees, which includes the cost of the sunroof. They offered me a solution that to refund the money of the car or the money of the sunroof while I insist on getting me a replacement with sunroof.

I highly doubt that they sold my car to others with a higher price than my contract and replaced me with one that has no sunroof in the absence of my consent. I don’t need to be refunded, I just need them to perform the original contract, and now they are telling me they could not get any Slimited, if they could have let me know this, I would have requested them to find another car for me.

Words are just words, attached photos are my contract, the real car that I picked up and our chat history. I hereby promise my words are true.

Best purchasing service – Recently found the exact vehicle we had been looking for a traded in 2018 Mercedes C200 2 door coupe Knox Jeep had with 17,000 kms on the clock with all the expensive extra's and our preferred colour (white). was so smooth and professional and kudos to Janine and Corine who handled the sale and answered all of our questions and even sent us a basic video of the car walk around, well done. Car arrived in FNQ found wheels and rear black wrap problems but all resolved from Knox Jeep in a very professional way by Corine, so highly recommended.

First Class Service, Anthony Darmanin Werribee Jeep Vic – We Purchased a Jeep Wrangler through Anthony Darmanin at Werribbee Jeep Victoria. We were Interstate purchasers, and Anthony was very helpful, a pleasure to deal with. When I flew down to Victoria from Qld to pickup the vehicle, it was everything he had promised, and his dedication to making sure it would be a trouble free trip back to Qld was very much appreciated....thank you Anthony.

Great car and very good service department – I purchased a Grand Cherokee Laredeo V6 diesel brand new in June 2013 from Knox Jeep after being rudely fluffed off by Caroline Springs Jeep. Since then we have accumulated 230000 k's with minimal issues. The car has been terrific, economical and tows our 2200kg caravan well. In all this time it has only required attention to a fuel pump… Read more

relay...under warranty, air-condenser after warranty expired (kilometre wise, and slightly out by time) but FCA replaced it without any qualms at all. At the last service June 2019, the condenser had to be replaced again but it was way out of warranty. Still running on original brakes and on its 2nd set of replacement tyres. The car is great value despite service cost are high, but I don't know how expensive it is nor compare to getting a Toyota or Nissan, or VW serviced by dealers and I've never had to pay for service and repairs before anyway. I have continued to take the car to Knox Jeep for its routine service. I notch 90 ks from home to Knox for the service and another 90 ks to go back home and 1.5 hours each way despite having access to 5 other dealers within a 45 min drive...one on my way to work. I do this because I have found the service department very friendly, helpful, work always carried out to my instructions and have never had to return due to dissatisfaction. I've seen a number of service managers come and go over this period of time and only one was unapproachable. Their current service manager she (yes she), is fantastic. I would not hesitate in buying another car from Knox Jeep and taking it there for its servicing. Until such time they do the wrong thing by me I'll continue going there. Give them a go.

**Very Negative Experience – Avoid at All Costs** – We had a very negative experience with this company, particularly with their handling of a Jeep loan. This felt excessive and unnecessary, and it seemed they were collecting more information than… Read more

legally required.

As professionals with excellent income, no debts, a credit score of 870, and in an ideal position for a loan, I found their practices to be especially harsh and unaccommodating. Despite our strong financial position, their customer service was unhelpful, and they showed little regard for our situation. If you’re not in a strong financial position, I strongly advise against working with them, due to pigeonholing clients, far from fair.

I’ve already reported my concerns to ASIC, as I believe their practices may be unethical and breach legal boundaries. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company and if you have had the experience please report them to to AFSA and ASIC

Get your service done elsewhere – All I can say is. Don't take your jeep to a dealership unless you want to have a bad experience in order to get serviced and there are many other avenues to get parts from the states and for far less. Once i cut my toxic relationship with jeep stealerships in Australia and went to a reputatable local 4x4 mechanic everything has been fine things are actually done and for far less go figure! They really need to overhaul the dealerships, as it's destroying the Jeep brand and reputation.

Very poor – Purchased a brand new Jeep wrangler 2022, It’s been a year and a bit when I called up the dealership and told them it has noise, they finally diagnosed it and confirmed it’s a warranty issue, and it’s been 4 months and they have my car and still waiting on it to be repaired, everytime I call they say they are waiting for head office to give the green tick. This is absolutely disgusting and don’t recommend!!! Show details

Could write a novel on why we don’t recommend – The Jeep (brand new) has a significant paint/exterior rust issue which was identified upon delivery, on site at the dealership. Attempts were made to rectify and they failed. We requested a refund and suddenly no one wants to help or hear from us. Probably the worst car company – I have met too many people with fairly new jeeps that just break down or have major engine issues with 0 reasonable explanation. Jeep Warranty Scam with my Jeep Wrangler – My jeep has still not been successfully repaired while at Peter Warren dealershio and has been sitting at Jeep since 4 April. Stellantis complaints rep '[Name Removed]' acknowledged I will take a big financial hit and said to me 'I feel for you mate but legally we don't have to replace and have the option to repurchase'. No integrity at all and due to market movement, this warranty process has created a loophole where Jeep can scam its clients if warranty replacement is requested. I have to acknowledge, [Name Removed] from Peter Warren has been trying to do a better job on the repair in the past few weeks after it sat at the dealership for months with no action but my disastrous situation remains.

Poor workshop service – I bought a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in June 2015. them. All along they maintained that no other cars of the model had the same problem, that was said by them and also FCA the importers of the Jeep’s. I have continued all along to get them to fix this fault at which they both said they wouldn’t walk away from the issue. Finally in February 2021 they admitted that some cars of this model did have the same problem, their explanation was that the torque converter was draining and the delay was due to the time it took to refill, this is not correct as I have proved that if I switch the ignition on for 30 seconds before starting the engine the transmission will drive as soon as I select either drive or reverse. In December 2021 I contacted them again and was told they would get the car in for testing but not till January 2022. I contacted them early in January 2022 and was told that FCA were meeting 12-1-2022 and would discuss the problem. I have phoned or gone into the dealer 3 times since and they have just fobbed me off, the last time I called was 15th February and I am still waiting for the service manager to phone back. I have contacted the office of fair trading just recently and am waiting to see if they can help with conciliation, they suggested that I may have to take it to QCAT or engage a solicitor to take action against them. As this has gone on I am convinced that they don’t know how to fix it. A very poor example of vehicle dealer service

They advertise on customer care with slogan 'we have your back" but they definately do not. Jeep (FCA) blame insurance company and repairer. Both have met their obligation of funding repairs and attempting repair, but they can not do a thing if the vehichle manufacturer can not supply parts needed. First thing I will be doing when car is repaired is trading it in on better brand. Cutting my loss early on is bad decision. agreed on a deal for a price etc , we put down a deposit on the car we had viewed in the showroom displaying 23kms ( our contract stated 23kms also)

Thursday 15th of April we went to the showroom to collect our new vehicle to then be presented with a car which we never agreed on !!! The original car we viewed was still in the showroom and supposedly wasn’t the car we were getting. We never agreed to this ! Upon inspection on collection the vehicle we were provided with had 250kms on the clock , a huge dent in the rear tailgate , rust on the straps at the rear , completely dirty inside and out , scratches on the interior and roof , faded plastics, warning lights on the dash and scratches on the bumper and side of the vehicle. I was angry and spoke to staff about this they were so busy about leaving to go home that they told us to take the vehicle and they will sort us a new car the next business day or have this one fixed , due to having our two small children with us we agreed to return the vehicle to them the following Wednesday. The next day we inspected the car in daylight and discovered it was completely rusted underneath on the frame , I was furious I demanded a new car then and then. They then changed their minds and decided that they weren’t going to give us a new vehicle and that they would simply refund us , which was no good to us as we needed the car as a work vehicle straight away , I asked for a new vehicle and they simply refused !!! Since then I have now been asking them to repair the vehicle and damage and they won’t help me at all , even though they stated they would fix the damage to begin with it’s like they have simply changed their minds . I am now stuck with a vehicle that needs repairs in the thousands , I also missed out on the complimentary service because they refused to do it . Save yourself the drama and shop elsewhere ! These guys are crooks and I wouldn’t recommend sunshine automotive group to anyone !!!! Price gouge, shady – Brought a Jeep from Adelaide City Jeep (ACJ). So naturally I trusted them to do the scheduled servicing. - Ripped off twice for service (they charged me $15 for replacing the sump plug, on each service!). - Furthermore, the receipt on each service from ACJ states "THIS SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE MANUFACTURERS LOG BOOK SERVICE. NO… Read more

BOOKS WILL BE STAMPED". This is nonsense, as the service was exactly what the log book required in accordance with the manufacturers scheduled service requirements. When I asked the service desk the meaning of the statement above, they shrugged. I lodged a complaint with their website after the above 2 incidents. I heard nothing back. I then wrote a complaint via email (CCing the service boss, and the complex boss) and heard nothing back. I did however start getting spam email encouraging me to upgrade my jeep :)

- The last time I took my Jeep to ACJ, they tried to upsell me coolant replacement (not required) and told me the brake fluid was 'dirty' and should be replaced. I asked them why it was dirty, wanting to know where the dirt was getting into the brake line as this is a sign of something serious about to happen, and so wanted to have that problem fixed. He called me back later and told me the mechanic said dirty but he meant 'discoloured', signifying age. I pointed out that it had been changed 2 - services prior and was a "major service" thing, not a 'lube service' thing so was not due for a long time. He then went and made some more 'enquiries' and called me back to tell me the fluid was fine, he checked it himself and the mechanic was mistaken!! A mechanic knows less then the the service desk? or was the service desk was telling me fibs to jack up the service price?

- When I asked for a quote for the 91k major service (today), I was quoted $1350. A competitor quoted $850 for the exact same service, and this was without me looking further for a better deal, this was the next guy down the list!

The latest attempt at a price gouge has me sworn off them for good and writing this review :) When it is time to replace the Jeep i'll find another 4wd. I like my Jeep, but the dealers and their mechanics are untrustworthy.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy place. Stay away.
