playmat was not only bigger than the Jhett &co one my friend has but it is so much better quality and she has them all in stock and posted the same day.

Do not buy from this company – Ordered playmat not received in 4 months , she has now cut contact with me and kept the money .... I think she is a scammer ... well, she has scammed me for $250.00

sent to me. Attempted to contact Leanne multiple times however had no luck and had to contact her via Instagram and was challenged that I would take this matter further. Leanne used the excuse of being a single mum of 3 being behind on all her orders however would be sending out confirmation/tracking asap,. Few weeks pass and no package. 2 Months later contacted Leanne again in which she said she would send out my package this week. Today I messaged her for the final time to advise her I would be taking this further and oddly enough she deleted all means of contacting her! Instagram deleted. Website deleted. Email invalid. I am now disputing this payment and taking it further to Fair Trading. Absolutely disgusting.

Amazing!! Great service & product – I ordered the product, didn’t hear anything except the initial confirmation which is expected. Then I emailed asking for an ETA and read some reviews / got worried. But I messaged Jhett & Co on Facebook, heard back straight away. My order was fast tracked on request due to the date of our friends baby shower. The goods arrived & they are fantastic! Thank you so much!!

Love it!! Such a beautiful good quality mat! – I love it and so does my son. He loved the toys and it is super soft so he would often fall asleep on it. It is such beautiful quality and lasts a long time. My son is now 1 so we have put it away for baby number 2. I have washed it in the washing machine and came out new again.

Amazing service and beautiful quality! – Customer service was great, very quick at responses. Product was absolutely amazing, I would buy from here again and again and not only for myself.

were all read and never responded to. The only reason I got an update was because my friend messaged the page pretending to be interested in a product and then asked once she received a reply again within the same minute.

I ended up requesting a refund and cancelling my order which was provided thankfully but not until the business blocked me on Instagram.

Would not recommend to anyone.

It’s going to my old address that they said was updated! I’m so angry I need to try redirect it! If I even complained they won’t respond! rough however if your online posting on Instagram you can email or contact your clients by phone letting them know there are delays it’s not my job to chase you him. Baby shower is tomorrow and the gift isn’t in sight. Emailed again till this day no reply. How embarrassing you have put me in a bad position. It’s not a cheap time pretty pricey. Don’t believe anything their website says unless you want to be left disappointed then purchase things from them! Never ever will I purchase anything from you. response from her stating she was in the flood zone and supplies had been affected and that her father in law had passed, I completely understand that things happen and are out of our control sometimes HOWEVER I pointed out she had been active on Instagram without any email or at least posting that orders were delayed. She told me my order wasn’t complete (after the 4-6 week wait already) and that she was hoping to have it done by the next week. I ended up opting for a refund as my experience was already terrible and who’s to say my order would be completed. I’m now left without a baby shower gift due to her appalling lack of communication.

Poor quality for the price – Very poorly sewn product for the fact it’s worth $250!!! Stitching is completely off in large areas of the mat and the padding feels very uneven throughout. daughter was holding it causing it to be a choking hazard. Was given as a gift. Ordered early November (6 week turn around noted) but my Aunty didn’t even get an email of shipping until two months later despite trying to contact the company. Not worth the money!

Unhappy with the quality – Looks amazing but has worn very quickly with barely any use and they only have a 6 month warranty considering how long the play mat takes to make and be shipped out!

Absolutely love my activity platmat – Ordered a play mat and absolutely love it, it’s even customised to our favourite Disney character and my one month old loves it.

Do not waste your money!! – I ordered the mat from them and it looks absolutely nothing like the photos on their social media and website. The quality is like you bought if from china and for their $230 absolute joke. The poles are so flimsy and fell down on my child. Dangerous product. Absolute worst customer service. When i finally got a response i was brushed off and eventually they stopped replying.

Love it – Great quality mat that our little boy loves. We bought the grey colour so it can be versatile for boys and girls. Good size and cute features that he loves! Great idea for a present for a newborn!

Very poor customer service and average quality mat – Bought day baby was born, took over 2 months to arrive. Pole loops and stitching came undone (new baby batting, not even pulled).
