delivery. He promised to book it the next day.

2. Last Sunday: supposed to have delivery booked but staff member again forgot or left it too late, his delivery request was denied by the courier. He promised us it would arrive the following day.

3. Monday: nothing arrives. Staff member tells us the delivery request was denied AGAIN because the courier he booked only worked in the morning and we were supposed to have afternoon delivery. He promises us that the couch will be delivered first thing Friday.

4. Today, Friday: nothing. No communication, warning, just dead silence - can't reach the phones either because of COVID.

We were also promised a refund on the $100 delivery fee which we never heard back about.

Disappointed is an understatement - this was a basic job that every other furniture retailer has been able to provide without issue in the past. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Excellent Service – Andrea and James were great to deal with. So much so, returned to purchase matching armchair in the Mayfair Range. Happy to return and recommend family, friends and colleagues.

over inflated prices. A huge bonus is that Johnny's is an Australian family business, it was great dealing with them, all areas of transaction was personal, professional, and helpful from Monique the Store Manager, Whitney the Sales Assistant, David the Delivery driver and Johnny's own father was wonderful too. It was great to get such personal service, great prices and amazing quality as well, it hit the trifecta for local traders and friendly professional service, so glad I didn't buy from the big brand commercial businesses.

DONT BUY FROM JOHNNYS!!! – Purchased a table from Johnnys furniture on Boxing Day 2018. Arrived a few weeks later in january with cracks in it. finally got onto someone they said it would now be May when they could swap to a new table. Again, May came and went without even a courtesy phone call and no table. I’ve been trying to get onto them for over a week now. It’s the end of JULY!!! Multiple phone messages left and emails sent. They are not bothering to email me back or return my phone calls. I’m so frustrated with this poor customer service. I would NOT recommend anyone purchase from johnnys no matter how tempting the prices are. I’ll be following up and expect a full refund instead of a swap. If I could give them a negative star score I would!!
