Purchased ours in SA for a new build. They were extremely hard to understand but helpful. They got all the specs correct. They have been installed coming up 2 years. We didn't use them for the installation itself. They look great, double glazed commercial product. Expect them to take a few weeks to arrive and maybe be late. A good price.… Read more · 1
Everything was put in correctly but unfortunately the front door seal keeps coming off and the steel isn't connected in a join therefore leaks dust and wind even though very small. We had a wooden door fitted not theirs, I am talking about their frame . The laundry door is great and seals well. Full screen and a glass door. I recommend the awning windows as the sliding have no security when open. We have all metal screens but they all can be taken off or popped out from outside and awnings popped in. Some of the frosting on windows have what appears to be a tiny hole in the frosting. Not too noticeable and not all of them. We had to put wooden dowelling as security on the sliders! Should supply locks to keep it slightly ajar, especially so children can't get out with only the dowel in. Windows are made to be opened! The magnet screens are great but not security wise so the wire screens make no difference there. One screen doesn't fit properly so I can't leave the window open at night as the bugs come in. Biggest problem is the sliding doors. Extremely heavy and bounce back because the only way to latch is locking them unlike lighter doors that latch themselves(we have double glazed commercial quality) maybe a light magnet might help to stop that? The screen door is fitted perfectly on the handle side which is very awkward and small but has huge gaps rats can get through at the top and bottom on the other end! Absolutely useless to keep vermin and spiders etc out. Again it can be easily removed even when locked because the lock in the handle is not keyed and maybe a different style even might work better. I have noted a couple of windows that seem to leak air and one a fair bit when it is windy but cant pinpoint why. I still keep noting little things that aren't done very well but the black colour hides it a bit more. One window on my 3 panel sliding door has a different width edging making it look different instead of tying in. The sliders have large holes for drainage that spiders can get in. Again awnings seal well, no drainage needed. Not sure how easy the screens are to remove if you have blinds though. We have curtains. In general they were far cheaper than the Australian made ones that we looked at so you get what you pay for I guess. Looking at some of the more recent reviews photos I think ours are much better quality than them! In general they are definitely good for the price we paid but if they tweaked the smaller issues they would be awesome. Especially the sliding screen doors. Also the glass doors with handles can be a bit heavy to lock when pulling up to set it. I wouldn't recommend for people with certain disabilities. Go for the normal lighter domestic doors and normal latches. Be aware the thick black frames look great but get very hot too in summer and show the dirt of course. They have worn well so far and I would recommend them as long as your aware of the smaller issues that may not suit you and your family
Builder Sangong Homes supplied Jolong Windows. I have more than 8 panes of obscure double glazed panels. The glass have dark markings within the 2 panes on most windows. Not acceptable for new and expensive home. Jolong agreed to result snd install replacement glass. Now have 3rd set of panels and waiting on 4th set. No resolution yet. Many… Read more
different staff on each contact and no apologies for delays or defective products. Need to do better. Could not recommend Jolong windows.
The quality of the product is poor, and the customer service is non-existent. The door they supplied leaks water, and air blows through it. All I ever hear is that it is not their problem, claiming the issue lies with the fitter. This is despite the fact that they recommended the fitter. Avoid this company; the window seals are of poor quality as well.

frustration. Then, they suddenly demanded an additional money, which we had no choice but to pay. This was on top of what we had already paid! Initially, they promised to handle everything smoothly, but that was just a fake promise—nothing was done properly.
The quality of their products is terrible. The rubbers on the windows are cheap and keep coming out. The installation was poorly done, and their after-sales service is horrendous—once they have your money, they don’t care about your concerns or fixing their mistakes.
There were many other issues, but they never took responsibility. Overall, Yolong Windows and Doors is unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete waste of money. If you don’t want to deal with stress, extra costs, and poor-quality work, DO NOT hire them!
Flyscreen door corroding in very short period. Product is substandard – Really poor customer service. Almost impossible to contact and do not honour warranty for faulty products. Fly screen door corroded within a short time frame and Jolong said it must be us using a chemical on it when we have only ever used water to hose off dust. Avoid this company!
Jolong windows great service and product I couldn’t fault – Hi, I went through Jolong and purchased my windows that came with fly screens. Their windows are great and service excellent. Also comparing with other quotes they came back by far the cheapest supplier and time frame for delivery was excellent.
Customer Service non existent! Go elsewhere – Terrible service, emailed quote, no response for 11 days. Needed to chase up twice. Quote arrived with inadequate information. Very specifically emailed what was required from recent Brisbane Home Show product displayed. What a waste of money to exhibit your products with after sales service is just non existent. Plenty of other options available.

After sales service – The striker plate on our sliding door came away and we lost the screw to hold it in, after a four year install I got great service and a replacement.

screen door wasnt built correctly with missing supports along with missing parts that should of been there with install. ALL of these issues were brought up with the company but they do not care, they dont even have spare parts for a window winder that broke and fell apart, they had to take one from another window. ALL the windows and door are made in China and shipped over and fitted, and if you want to complain or want someone to come down and assist in getting things fixed...good luck!. Our building company had their builders come and look at these issues and even they shook their heads saying how bad their product is!
I have since found out the company use to be ok hence the reviews on here, however word in the building industry is that it has gone downhill big time resulting in staff leaving in droves and a careless attitude about the quality or the product, and customer service is nonexistant!. Along with everything else they recently broke the lock in our screen door trying to fix it, and said they would come back to try and fix it....six weeks later still waiting, I finally pickup up the phone and spoke to a person after trying for days as you usually never get anyone and he said I don't know what you are talking about? wth seriously?. This is just one of many issues we have with the doors and windows and its endless, at this point in time we are trying to get them replaced with something that will work but im not hopeful here, they just dont care. So you if you want double glazed doors and windows... please look else where! you have been WARNED!!!!!
Disgusting – This company offered me a job on Friday after an interview with the chairman. I was emailed a congratulations and asked for my uniform size. On Tuesday they emailed me to say that the position had been canceled… I have resigned from my job and am now am about to be unemployed.. Who does this? Please do not support these people … I am devastated…

installers the installation has 7 years warranty and they support.
The people change in JOLONG and then they start the tactics of saying and refusing support "We do not know what the earlier persons committed" we are now only selling our products and installation is not our problem and not under warranty.
Their product itself is very very faulty "Made in China" claimed to have all certifications but half of which is not correct. Be very very very very careful about dealing with JOLONG and especially their installation promises. Each one off shoulders the responsibility to the other and dont stand by their product and installation.
Absolutely substandard products and i am surprised how they get AUSTRALIAN Certification. I wish they would be audited for their standards and products thoroughly.
Still perfect after all these years – It’s over 5 years since we had Jolong supply our amazing doors/windows and we just as ecstatic with the outcome as we were when they were first installed. Couldn’t be happier!

Excellent window and great service! – When we had to choose window for our new house, between two window options we finally had made decision to go with Jolong after research and investigation about window products in Melbourne. Jolong window has great seal system that can keep cool air or warm air in the house which could save energy bill. We also like the quality of Jolong window and their service. We are very happy to have Jolong window.

Pretty disappointing – The problem with Jolong is that the company do not take any responsibility over windows installation. They deliver the window as measured by their recommended installer and you may be in trouble if the installation is not a typical one like it was in my case. Jolong windows delivered as their basic kit were not suitable for direct installation in this type of wall. They need a separate frame (wood/particle board, whatever) to be installed first otherwise the installer will try to secure the 75 mm thick window's frame across the cavity by any means he would think fit. Please note that in older buildings the wooden frames are approx. 150 mm thick (or thicker) and after their removal there will be huge gaps between the walls and new window frame. The aluminium angle flashing delivered may not be suitable/wide enough to cover the gaps (my problem) and unless the pertinent details are discussed with the installer before the order is placed one may end up with a window just partially installed and being advised to complete the job on his own. In case of a small order the installers do not bother much about the job, they install whatever was delivered saying that this was it and they could not do much more about it. Conclusion- in my case it was not a one stop shopping like: you order, you pay, they deliver. I had to spend a couple of weekends on rectifying the issue myself. My advice: do not stay assured that 'everything will be just fine', discuss all the aspects of the installation before ordering if you are technically confident and you can ask proper questions. If you are not ask for help of somebody that is/can.
Absolutely disgraceful – Windows took longer to arrive than expected. Actual window and door products seem pretty good. Guy from company came to instal the doors and windows. I had warned them about new render on the house. Ended up with a ruined newly done render and the caulking was the worst I have ever seen. Highly recommended – After spending days and weeks of looking at different manufacturers and suppliers of aluminium windows and doors for our new home we came across "Jolong Windows " We found quality exceptional, price unbeatable , double glazed, looking great. (from anywhere): check your window schedule a number of times making sure your order is spot on - it is not their job to check it for you :) For very long narrow windows we recommend sliding opening, not a chain winder.)
