I havent used the toilet yet but had a question to the product received. customer service was brilliant, immediate and resolved my issues.

Customer service and ongoing follow up with Joolca has been exceptional. While I haven’t used our new camping toilet yet the quality of the product seems excellent and very simple set up to use. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Having a little issue with my Joolca Toilet, I have to say, the service department is absolutely amazing!! I was contacted that same evening via text and email. 2 days after the initial contact, I received a new part that I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, and super efficient. shipped, customer service were brilliant as refunding the item not required. All my equipment is sturdy and operates as expected and has survived rain, wind and sun so far with no issues on several camping trips.

The customer service at Joolca would have to be the best I have ever experienced and I’m 75 years old so I’ve been around and also worked many years in retail, the speed of dealing with my issue with the Gotta go toilet was within 2 hours of me raising the issue and I had my cassette delivered to the Gold Coast in 4 days the process was very quick and very painless due to the courtesy shown by the team (Fred and Veronica) thank you Joolca team

I purchased a Joolca Hottub which is a beautifully made product however one clip was missing from the (insulated) cover. I contacted Joolca by email and (literally) within minutes they had sent out a replacement cover. You cannot get better customer service than that and clearly Joolca stand behind the (high quality) products they sell.

separate cassettes is a genius idea. As a female I use to find empty time to be a workout (to heavy and bulky) but now it is so much more easier and lighter. I'm definitely going to buy the eco cassette next or maybe hot water for the van! Also the customer service from Joolca is 100%. My discount code wasn't working at the checkout, so I just checked out without it. But second thoughts kicked in so I contacted Joolca and they processed my discount code with a credit back to my original payment. It was so quick and hassle free, wonderful service. I preordered the Hottie, and it arrived as per the stated timing. Even through the period of waiting for it, communication from Joolca was superb. customer service. They understood my predicament, assured me that if that happened they would keep it for me until I could be home to collect it or have a new delivery arranged. However, that was not enough for them. A couple of days later they emailed me to see how I had gotten on. What a caring service! Fortunately, I was able to arrange for someone to collect the product on my behalf. Now I look forward to testing the unit out.

The HoTTap V2 is a great gadget to camp with. All you need is a bucket of water and a 12v plug. Gas if you need it hot. Reliable, simple to get going; compact to carry. Well made and tough. A shower at the end of the day makes all the difference … as everyone knows. Highly recommended.

My Wife and I recently purchased the Joolca Outing Kit. I am seriously impressed with how it performs in heating water, even on the lowest setting the water is wonderfully warm. Customer support twice since the purchase. Firstly to let them know the o-rings on the pump fittings were the wrong size and then later to ask a question. In both instances I got a prompt reply. To me, the customer support is what really makes a company great. Joolca's support for me is top notch. Ask yourself if you buy a product and have questions or problems, do you want silence or prompt responses? I am sticking with Joolca.

What an awesome product. Perfect for your water heating needs. We used it camping by a river. Had it setup to draw water from the river, perfect for showers and dish washing.

The product is fantastic. I use every day not just camping. Aftersales service is outstanding. I had a minor issue with the urine indicator stopped working. Within a day they had gotten back to me and a new urine storage sent out. for easy clean up. This toilet was a temporary solution for off grid purpose but I'm that impressed I won't upgrade to anything else. Both containers are so easy to empty. You may have to empty more often but it is so light compared to having to deal with big tubs. Great company to deal with and great product!!
