This anti flap kit is just what I needed for my Mercedes Sprinter AWD van. Really easy to fit the adapters and the flap kit went in no dramas at all. My awning is now far more secure and I feel much more comfortable in leaving the van site unattended as if it gets windy I am now very confident that my awning is safe. result our family holiday was ruined. I was promised on THREE occassions that delivery would be expedited. Warehouse manager could not careless on the urgency and left his sales consultants trying to apologise... three times!!!! It was quite pathetic. Over the next 12 months I will be spending close to another $15000 continuing the reno, THIS MOB WILL NOT SEE A CENT OF IT!!!

cost of freight (which is understandable) I gave them a call and was just told "That's our policy" I will never purchase from this company ever again and will be telling everyone I can how poor their customer service is. I would have been happy with a store credit or even a nominal restocking fee and would have purchased the other brand which was more expensive. Instead they lose out on further business and I wont return the original purchase. I would rather throw them to the tip than give them the satisfaction of ripping me off further. Please make sure, if you are silly enough to purchase something from them that it is perfect for what you want. Beware Beware Beware

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a drawer fridge which was on sale, weeks later received an email stating the product is out of stock. No offer of a comparable product or even a few bucks off a different fridge. Terrible experience and customer service. Not what I expect from an online retailer.

After completing a 3,000 km caravan trip around NSW, setting up 12 times on different sites I was somewhat frustrated levelling the caravan.
