Caravan RV Camping

I pre-ordered a front loader washer and was given an estimated delivery of two weeks (it was out of stock when I ordered). There was a slight confusion about dispatch but that was quickly resolved by Scott at Caravan RV Camping. Scott called me this morning to tell me the machine would be delivered in the afternoon, which it was. The courier took… Read more ·  1

the washer to my flat and even took my old very heavy washer down a flight of stairs (it was just supposed to be a drop-off delivery). That’s old fashioned service. I’m very grateful. The washer (the latest Camec 4kg front loader) has done three loads today. The results are excellent and the unit is relatively quiet. It’s the only serious front loader that will fit in my bathroom. Not cheap, but you can’t get a serious compact front loader from any of the retail stores. There must be a relatively large market for compact front load washers in small flats and houses, but it’s not something the majors are interested in; they just all stock the same products - 60cm wid.Very happy to recommend this washer and Caravan RV Camping. Thank you Scott!

Packages arrived safely and on time. I always track my packages for delivery. I was very happy with the products I purchased and would purchase again through Caravan RV Camping Show reply

Great to deal with, excellent product and arrived ahead of estimated delivery time. The tow bar does exactly what I wanted. Show 2 replies

Filed perfectly and replaced the old 2.5 kilo model. Works great and it’s very quiet and uses less water than the old Sphere. I recommend it to anyone who has to change their RV washing machine. Show reply

I'm absolutely thrilled with my entire experience purchasing the Truma Saphir Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner from CaravanRVCamping. The ordering process was seamless, and to my pleasant surprise, the unit arrived in just a few days—hands down the… Read more ·  2

fastest and most reliable express delivery I've ever encountered. I had it professionally installed by a qualified electrician, tucked neatly under one of the single beds in my 18ft Paramount pop-top caravan. It was the only under-bunk unit low-profile enough to fit perfectly within the existing cabinetry without any modifications—such a clever design for space-conscious setups like ours. Living in South Australia, we've faced some really hot summer days, yet this Truma Saphir handles the heat effortlessly, even with the pop-top roof skirt offering limited insulation. It cools the entire caravan quickly and evenly through its ducted system, dropping the interior temperature dramatically and making the space genuinely comfortable again. On the flip side, the recent cold nights have been just as well managed—the reverse-cycle heating performs brilliantly, delivering cozy warmth without fuss. What impresses me most is how quiet it is. In Auto mode, the fan intelligently ramps down as the set temperature is reached, becoming almost whisper-quiet—perfect for peaceful evenings or sleeping. No intrusive noise at all, which was a big concern for us beforehand. This has been a transformative upgrade for our caravan lifestyle. Thank you, CaravanRVCamping, for stocking such a high-quality product and providing exceptional service from start to finish. Highly recommended to anyone looking to make their caravan far more comfortable year-round!

We have bought several big ticket items from Caravan RV Camping and always end up back on their website when shopping as their pricing and service make for an easy decision. Show reply

Dometic box awning was well priced and delivered quickly into SA (tracking number didn't work, but that was the shipping company). Would happily use them again. Show reply

Ordered a caravan cover for our new van which was going to go into outdoor storage after hand over. The cover was delivered on the 7th July 2026 but on the 13th an undercover spot became available in storage which we excepted. Rang and spoke to a Nathan that day as the item was brand new in the unopened box and asked if we could exchange for a… Read more

Supex starter pack which was $65 cheaper that we were prepared to drop for their inconvenience and we pay the return postage. I did read the return policy and it stated that caravan covers that had been open were non returnable. Ours was received six days earlier and was unopened as we had not had a handover for the van . Sent through photos that were requested like we were lying, that clearly showed we were not. We did not request a refund but an exchange. When he got back to us he stated that they charge 20% of the purchase price to put it back on the shelf. So people speak with your feet this must be bordering on illegal. We just bought some expensive new items for the van that we needed at a bricks and mortar store that excepts returns.I suggest you all do the same.

I am in the process of renovating a 14 yo caravan. Over the past month I have spent close to $8000 with Caravan RV Camping. Initially they seemed great to deal with so I continued purchasing thru them. But as soon as there was an issue with receiving damaged stock they went missing. No attention was given to the urgency of replacement and as a… Read more

result our family holiday was ruined. I was promised on THREE occassions that delivery would be expedited. Warehouse manager could not careless on the urgency and left his sales consultants trying to apologise... three times!!!! It was quite pathetic. Over the next 12 months I will be spending close to another $15000 continuing the reno, THIS MOB WILL NOT SEE A CENT OF IT!!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE this company, I purchased some window blinds at a cost of over $870. Once I received the blinds I found they do not fit and wanted to exchange them for another brand, still in the packaging so I sent them an email and was informed that there is a 20% restocking fee! $175 for them to put them back on the shelf! On top of the… Read more

cost of freight (which is understandable) I gave them a call and was just told "That's our policy" I will never purchase from this company ever again and will be telling everyone I can how poor their customer service is. I would have been happy with a store credit or even a nominal restocking fee and would have purchased the other brand which was more expensive. Instead they lose out on further business and I wont return the original purchase. I would rather throw them to the tip than give them the satisfaction of ripping me off further. Please make sure, if you are silly enough to purchase something from them that it is perfect for what you want. Beware Beware Beware

Good company to deal with. Really fast delivery and good communication. The product feels like it's very good quality. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Show reply

Dealing with caravan rv camping was so easy, free shipping only blot through border express who are not well know in Tasmania and did not provide any shipping updates or information when asked. But this was not caravan rv campings fault. Items including free shipping were well priced, dispatched quickly and arrived safely and early. Would certainly deal with them again. Show reply

Competitive pricing, great quality and fast shipping. I can always find identical items at considerably lower pricing than competitors and have also saved with free shipping offers.. Absolutely worth comparing before buying from elsewhere. Show reply

The service and delivery of the fridge is just as expected with pay in 4 instalments. When we received the fridge It just blew my mind, it’s a complete game changer. We love the fridge for the main practical reason you can open it both ways the rest of the features are self explanatory. Show reply

Cannot fault my experience with Caravan RV Camping. Ordered a Dometic RV Roof vent. The product itself is high quality at a competitive price. Ordering system is simple and parts were shipped promptly with tracking! Happy customer! Show reply
