So happy so far

I have actually been finding this easy and stress free.

Very happy with Jupiter

Terrible customer service. Juniper was quick to take my money but for the following 3 weeks I had been ‘assigned’ multiple different ‘doctors’ to review my information but never received any further communication or the ‘scheduled call’ by each ‘professional’. I now requested a refund for the service as I never received it and feet were dragged on processing that and now the money was due in my account days ago but safe to say nothing yet.

Starting out

Hi I have found being on the program to be really helpful. My personal experience during the 2 weeks I have found the major benefit to me is that I’m not thinking of food constantly. I feel less hungry and so eating all of a sudden is less in my mind and I have had a lot more control about not breaking out of my routine. I made a few rules for myself and that was no eating after my evening meal and have found I have been able to stick to this

Started of well, but terrible delivery service

Initially I was very impressed and had great results but the stop/start of supply, changing of medication, constant delays of receiving medication to the extent of being another week without medication that I decided enough is enough. I have cancelled my plan and will be seeing my GP for same medication.
Very poor customer service as well.

Service?! You mean lack off

The service is atrocious. You pay a tonne of money only to not receive an invoice for weeks on end and when you do receive an invoice it has the incorrect figure either that or they are simply a rip off! I’ll be consulting my doctor for the same medication and saving myself thousands of $$! Poor poor poor service. Disappointed is an understatement Show details

I am also very disappointed in Juniper. The NP consultation and supply issues are unacceptable and result in you paying for a service that you simply do not receive. Given it is a premium priced product I expect service in line with the product offer. Do yourself a favour, skip juniper and talk to your GP. Meanwhile, my wait continues.
