Don't trust Jura! – My J6 is 5 mths old. I was woken in the night with a noise like an alarm to find the coffee grinder running. It was probably on for hours and had ground all my organic coffee and the machine was burning hot. It could not be turned off except by unplugging the machine. Jura had it sent to a repair agent who said it was caused by a cockroach and it was common. Jura sent a bill for over $500 with a couple of photos: a burnt board with no details and a burnt housing showing the machine was 21/2 yrs old. There was no detail to prove that it was my machine so it could be a ruse. The Jura "offer" was to sell me a new machine at a discount. Going to the Authorities as the burning probably would have started a fire very soon had we not been at home. Jura will not back their claim of the $300 rebuild or the stated warrantee of 25mths.
DON'T BUY JURA !!!!

Thank for your review, Unfortunately your machine has faulted due to cockroaches eating at the control board, if you need further photos and to view the machine we will be happy to arrange. If the machine faults due to pest infestation it is not covered under the warranty terms. Kind Regards JURA Support team.
