Love it! Couldn't live without it – Great product, all in one machine. Easy to use, start up is quick, love that it grinds beans, very easy to clean. Small enough to comfortably sit on the kitchen bench. Easy to preset own preferences. Only compliant would be that it doesn't heat as hot as I would like but that's no big deal. Absolutely love the machine, is saving us heaps of money on our daily coffee.  Show details ·  1

Making Froth is a matter of luck – I can not understand why Jura is having such a clumsy milk Froth system! To get a dissent foth almost impossible, more failure than success! Stupid no name 1/4 price espresso machines will much better. I think it is a shame to Jura to sell such machines. I hope somebody at your organisation will redesign the Milk Frothing unit!  Show details ·  1

Jura is not worth the trouble – I got a Jura J90 for Christmas 2017. My biggest complaint is the customer service I received from Jura themselves. I ordered two small cleaning products, less than a pound total weight. The only option I was given for shipping cost $20. When I researched this shipping option through fedex, it only costs $10. It has been 11 days and the… Read more

package still has not arrived. The Jura people themselves are incredibly rude and unhelpful. My wife spent $2,300 on this machine so to be treated like this off the bat is ridiculous. Also, as noted in other reviews, the milk does not get hot. Not even close. It is luke at best. I don't mind this as much but for my wife who loves her lattes extra hot, this machine falls way short. Put all this together and there are better options for you money out there.

Coffee Machine – Love my coffee machine, so easy to use, with a touch of a button my steaming hot coffee is ready for me. Like always it does come down to the coffee you purchase to you but we make sure we always have one we like. The only complaint i seem to have is when its my turn to make the coffee, the water needs filling, the beans need filling, the container needs emptying.  Show details

Wish we had never bought it! – This is our second Jura as we had the last one in daily use for over five years. We have had this for a few months and have great difficulty producing a good coffee and it needs continual cleaning with expensive solution and getting a nice hot frothy coffee is very time consuming. The correctly ground decaf coffee often goes straight through the… Read more

machine which says there is not enough coffee in the machine. We then have to empty it and keep trying and end up with a very expensive coffee eventually. Very very disappointed and wish we had never bought it! We should have been told that about the amount of cleaning it required before purchase. These are not cheap machines so is it too much to expect that it would produce as good a coffee as our last machine? Gone back to drinking tea instead and left my husband to struggle for his coffee on his own.

Coffee not hot! – Bought our Jura micro 90 recently and although we have adjusted to high temp for all coffee options the end product is a Luke warm coffee, yuk! Also find the regimented self cleaning regime to be extremely annoying and unnecessary!!! I am hoping that there is a solution to our issues otherwise we will be seeking our money back.  Show details

Grounded coffee all over – 2 weeks after using the machine daily, i got an message "error". i pulled the tray out and on both layers of tray, there was about 1/3 cup of fresh grounded coffee on each. Under the trail was another 2-3 spoons of unused coffee. I clean out almost 1 full cup of unused grounded coffee. i am about to return the machine and use my old Krups, a… Read more

Coffee is not hot! – I just purchased a Jura J90 and am very disappointed. I don't have to have my coffee super hot but this is barely hot. Had my girlfriend over just to make sure that it was not just me and she thought that it was not hot enough either. Unfortunately, it will be going back to the retailer soon.  Show details

Problem getting milk to froth – I was really happy with my purchase a month ago, despite needing to put cup into microwave every time to heat it to desired temperature, but it has stopped frothing the milk. I only make cappuccino, so that is disappointing. Do I need a new part or am I doing something wrong?

OK if you like warm coffee – Bought this coffee machine because I heard the brand was very reliable and its European made. I set all the coffee temperature settings on high before making any coffees. It does make a good coffee but the temperature of the coffee comes out warm, I don't like really hot coffees but thought being set on high it would have been a lot hotter. The… Read more

milk in the insulated container is a great idea but here also the milk comes out lukewarm, apparently pinching the silicon tube a bit while its frothing the milk will increase the temperature output. There seems to be a lot of cleaning and maintenance to do on this machine compared to my old SAECO machine. I was very disappointed with the machine as my son was making his cappuccino and then having to microwave it to warm it up to a drinkable temperature, my husband complained with every long black, it would only come out at a satisfactory temperature if cups were all warmed up and machine had made a few coffees already. I rang the company and they were very helpful and suggested a few things that I tried but did not make anything satisfactory so the lady suggested that if I wasn't happy with it to return it to place of purchase, stating that it did not make coffees hot as I had been told and that I had spoken to head office. I was very lucky that I did not wait too long to return it (2 days). I now have a Gaggia Academia and it is so much better.

Broken in under 2 weeks – My machine is not working within 2 weeks of purchase. I only ever use coffee beans and the machine is not dispensing any coffee, telling me the ground coffee receptacle is empty - and to fill it. So, the machine is automatically overriding the coffee bean election - I spoke to customer service and I was told I needed to unscrew the coffee bean… Read more

receptacle lid within the machine, empty the beans and then vacuum out space. If that didn't work, then the machine would need to be repaired. I asked if this would need to be done on a continuing basis and I was told possibly - not a great start for an expensive product less than 2 weeks old.

I followed what I was told and the machine still doesn't work. I rang local customer service at 9am on a Friday and was told someone would call me later that day or Monday to arrange for a service. I requested this happen same day as I said I would be away on Monday and was told this could not be guaranteed. So within 2 weeks of purchase I have a machine that doesn't work and little confidence that i will receive a response within the time requested.

Yes, the machine made good coffee - though the temperature of it was inconsistent as others have noted - but I am regretting already that I didn't replace my 9 year old De Longhi with another De Longhi. I am very disappointed both with the machine - and the customer service treatment.

Good Machine – As everyone has mentioned, the machine is quiet but the milk isn't hot enough. In Australia, we like our milk hot. Preheat the milk by pressing the milk button first then press the desired coffee. Easy to clean, quiet, types of coffee Bad- warm milk, price. The missing feature is auto start.

Luke warm coffee – I have owned a Delongie coffee machine previously & it was good but had several things break down within 5 years. It made great hot coffee. I decided on the Jura J90 as I considered it a better quality machine. I have only had it a few weeks but I am disappointed that the coffee is Luke warm & I have not been able to get a hot milky coffee. For the price I paid for it I am not impressed.
