We had Just Quality supply and install artificial lawn earlier this year on the understanding that we would not see any joins in the lawn. We love our blinds. Our front deck is almost like another room on our granny flat. The blinds help to keep the house cooler on the hot days and stop most of the breeze. discuss purchases. The sales guy says "no worries, I'll give you 5 mins while I wait in car" 5 mins! Your kinding me right. I said no, we would like a bit more time than that.. I said I'll call you later today, I have your number. He was not happy.. got quite upset, almost angry! He can't give me the product at the super duper discount price unless I sign there and then. He then proceeded to call his "boss" who after a bit of back and forth produced an extra super duper price.. (it was a few percent off) I said I'd still need time to talk about it.. you could almost see the steam coming from his ears at this. At this point I'd had enough of his high pressure sales tactics, I'm 60 years old and seen all the tricks. If you've ever been to a time share seminar.. this is what it was like..the you and me are going to sit here until you agree to purchase kind of deal. absolutely terrible experience.. the product may have been the best in Australia.. I would never buy it now because of this experience and I cancelled my roof booking straight away. Not saying there product is bad... The company is.. actually they aren't bad they are terrible, bordering on scam artists. Rant over.. beware the "salesman"!

"Hi. This is Henry from just quality. I'm learning about your appointment for us to come. And look at the roller shutters at 12 and give me a call back as soon as possible. That'd be great. Thank you. Bye."

You are shonky.. you don't have to admit it.. just realise it.. your sales methods are archaic!

and professional. Our blinds were installed about 2 weeks earlier than expected which was great as it meant we could use our outdoor space to its full potential sooner. Before we had our blinds installed we were really limited to perfect weather to enjoy our outdoor area. Being on the western side of the property it was fully exposed to all the elements. The hot western sun and the nasty wet and windy weather which also comes from the North west or south west. Now with our blinds installed we can enjoy our outdoor area in all conditions. We can open them up on the perfect days and close them down when it’s not so nice and still enjoy our outdoor area knowing that not only us but also our outdoor area are now fully protected from the elements which will be beneficial in the long term. It also needs to be mentioned that about a month after installation when the cold winter weather started we had concerns about ripples being noticed in the blinds and a technician visited us immediately and assured us that when the blinds are new and left down the ripples disappear and after about 6-8 weeks they become even less evident and this proved to be absolutely correct. We had a follow up visit from Anelis about 12 months after installation which has enhanced our high opinion of Just Quality for any product that is available from them. We couldn’t be happier.

The first set of shutters have been great since being installed late 2023, and we will definitely only get electric ones (convenience is amazing). The shutters come with Somfy remotes (can pair these to a Bond Bridge and control them anywhere via WiFi). Thanks to Somfy/Bond Bridge (Bond Bridge purchased separately), I've also automated the shutters to close 45 mins before sunrise each morning so we keep some fresh air throughout the night.

Whilst our ceiling insulation is lacking (no sarking/insulation under the colorbond metal unfortunately), the difference in sound and heat is still felt upstairs. Think of it like this: if light travels, heat travels - and heat is best kept out than trying to get out.

As our shutters get rid of most of this upstairs already, we can't wait for our downstairs to get done. It'll also allow for better indoor blind options, as full privacy (blockout) will be given from the shutters instead.

Book for a quote the day you're ready to go ahead to put a deposit down (the day they come out) to get the best price advantages, and you're good to go. Also, do your research on quality of any products before buying; research the product itself, the company, the warranty, etc to know what you're getting.

I sometimes spend too long researching and it ends up taking months before making a worse purchase, anyway, especially listening to too many others reviews (good and bad). No regrets here and we're happy with our investment.

For Just Quality.. well, a 5 vs 15 years warranty being offered show the difference in a company willing to stand behind their products.
