Mum and I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Brooke, Burleigh Heads store. Mum is 95yo and legally blind, needing specific lenses for reduction of glare. We were at the store well over an hour with Brooke being attentive, patient and so helpful the entire time. Mum happily left the store with 2 new pair of sunnies and was delighted with the whole experience. Thank you Brooke.
Disgusting AFTER sales - be warned! – AFTER SALES service is DISGUSTING! So it seems that a brand new $300 pair of sunnies that are clearly faulty (see pics) need to be sent away for a month and a half to check they are faulty! (Policy) Even with the pic and sunglasses in her hand - nope. Leave them with us and call back in 6 weeks. Wow. 6 weeks with no glasses - yeah right. Zero customer service.
Fact is, you can SEE the faults, so there’s no doubt YOU will get your money back from the supplier - but that’s why you won’t do the right thing and give me a new pair, not until YOU have YOUR money back, only then you will exchange them. Ended up walking away with the same crap, damaged pair - I’ve paid $$$’s and they don’t give a damn. All smiles when they took the money hey?
