We had a really difficult situation with some very old skylights. The Justrite team came up with a flexible solution and the workmanship was better than I expected to be honest. I was so grateful for their commitment to getting a good outcome for us.

Great service – 20 year old loose fill insulation needed replacing with batts. The guys arrived on time , did a great job and even did a little extra TLC when they noticed a small leak. Great service....recommended without hesitation.

Poor customer service – Very poor customer service in dealing with a change to an online order for some polycarbonate sheets and following the website steps to change it. Double glazed the cedar windows in our whole house – We let the contract in early-June for Justrite to install 86 double-glazed low-E panes, and saw the work completed yesterday (mid-November). Much routing of the cedar panes is undertaken to ensure a flush fit, and silicone is applied on both the window frame and the inside edge to ensure double-sealing against drafts and water. Be warned that low-E double glazing does cause a bluish misty appearance when the sun is directly shining on the pane, and this obscures somewhat the view outside; but when not be shone upon, the glass is very transparent if slightly more reflective than single pane glass. We feel the temperature in the house is more stable than before, but a proper winter and summer will prove this. Only concern is that the installation process was a little shambolic, with only partial delivery of the glass initially, the installer absenting sometimes for days without warning, one poorly made pane which was replaced without discussion, and one pane (the largest) was smashed on installation and a month was required to replace it. But overall the experience and outcome are more than satisfactory, and the cost was some 15% below another quote. I recommend Justrite for their double glazing retrofit solution to cedar window frames, but consider whether the visual downsides of the low-E glass are appropriate for your case

voicemail 9 times out of 10, and they never get back to messages. The only line they answer is the sales line. They don't respond to their online question tool either.

Justrite does not give times for when they are coming out, just a vague idea of 'sometime in 6 - 8 weeks'. As it was fast approaching the 8 week point, I was trying to get in contact with them to no luck. After finally getting a response from an email to their sales team it was arranged for them to come out at a certain date, but then their vacuum broke and despite promises of coming out in the following days, they went back to radio silence. Until they randomly showed up unannounced to 'complete' the job.

The person that did the job was friendly, but left pieces of old insulation all over our yard, which I later tidied up. And didn't even do part of the job which they just wrote down as 'unable to complete', so we got a different company to come and do it with no problem. We also later found out from an electrician that they had violated industry standards by covering downlights in insulation that were not IC-rated causing potential fire hazards. And installed a cover over a fan that was not strong enough to open it causing the fan to burnout, which we had to spend more money on fixing.

Long wait to get the job done. Waiting over 3 months now from time deposit paid – I thought they were closed as I rang [Number Removed] both same disconnected message. It appears you have to dial [Number Removed]. I have been assured the work will get done around 18 Apr 22. Now I have to wait and see....

Wall Insulation – Thanks Just Rite team, especially Alan and Udit! I wasn’t certain about how well the wall insulation would work but felt the difference in this winter. Very happy with the product and would recommend Just Rite to friends and colleagues.

Insulation – Our parents recommended Just Rite since they got their house insulated about 25 years ago. They did ceiling, under floor and cavity wall insulation. We found the sales consultant, office staff and installers courteous, efficient and professional. There was some rescheduling due to weather. Overall we are pleased with the outcome and our interaction with Just Rite. After the job was completed they sent us photos and thermal images.

Shade Sail – Very efficient and professional company. They installed our Shade Sail recently. Looks great and my car is happy. They also did our insulation and double glazing Office staff and installers were great. I would recommend Just Rite to anyone looking to improve their home energy and comfort. I found them easy to deal with.

Just Rite- Insulation Products, Just Right – We had a such good experience with Just Rite. Was very easy to deal with the professional and knowledgeable staffs. feedback, positive or negative. When an improve identified, its half way closer to the perfect. Do not waste the opportunity. If I were you i probably would fully refund if claim is true, and turn on fixing the business defect. By doing that, not only you don't lose anything, but actually you get invaluable asset, which manages a business' life line. I would not simply tell people to stay away, instead i would ask people to think they are nice people, relying on this business to rise kids or pay morgage. I hope when i return in a few years, i see load of message of appreciation and satisfaction from your happy customers. I would be proud then, as a Canberra local.

Useless and Borderline Hostile Customer Service – Thoroughly unimpressed with this most recent experience with JustRite. JustRite 12 times in total to find out what was happening due to inadequate and infrequent communication (but of they were always very prompt requesting payment).

Clearly this company cares more about the money than it's customers. I'm sure they are fine to deal with when things go right but if they go wrong...
