We had a terrible experience with Jon building a second dwelling/granny flat. We found him to be needlessly difficult and unreasonable throughout the project. We were very unhappy with his behaviour, lack of communication and what felt like a complete disregard for client wishes, budgets and timelines. We were particularly upset about what we saw as a lack of accountability or care about poor performance against the cost estimate, timelines and undertakings Jon made up front.

We would never use Jon again under any circumstances and sincerely hope no one else has to go through the experience we did.
