Items never came! And no response – I ordered clothing 2 weeks ago and nothing every arrived. The tracking number doesn’t work. I’ve wrote them 5 emails and I’ve had zero response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dreadful service Jymlocker – I have now been waiting more than a month for a refund on an order they could not provide. Despite repeated promises for a refund it hasn't arrived. I would not advise the risk of ordering from Jymlocker.

worst customer service – They have nice clothes but worst customer service of all time... I was sent the wrong size which I didn't mind waiting for the exchange but considering they took over 3 weeks to reply to my email it got frustrating by time I sent the product and monitored the tracking they didn't reply for another 2 weeks making the exchange a total of 10 weeks to get the right size ... Customer service – Usually once you buy the product online you get sent the tracking information within the same day or the next. I did buy this product on Saturday so I figured I’d wait till Monday. you once they find out from their fulfilment team. No response yet on Thursday so I just sent another email asking if they have found out yet and if I could get a refund if they weren’t sent by Friday. They responded to this email apologising and said they had further escalated the importance to their fulfilment team.

So Friday I also haven’t heard anything, so I emailed nicely of course if it wasn’t sent out if I could just get a refund (as I could easily have gotten the same product direct from the companies site and quicker delivery). Got no response from that email.

You can also create an account and log in to see any progress on your order on their website and finally it says that the items has been sent to auspost are 5:30pm and with a tracking number.

Moral of this rant, don’t but the product from here if you don’t want long delivery service, poor customer service and lack of communication. Also their website does not state any information on their website about shipping or refunds so that sparks a big red flag!! So if you ever bought anything from here, please pay through PayPal if anything goes wrong.

Dozens of emails, no response after wrong item received, 20 days later still no help – Received only 1 booty band when ordered a 3 pack set. Emailed same day. 20 days later still not received correct item, they are always checking with the dispatch team and are sure its shipped already but now im not even getting a reply. Customer service gets a 0/10 for the lies. Would not buy from again sadly and don't recommend.  Show details

got an email to say it was returning to sender. It’s now the 17th June and I have emailed over 6 times asking them to contact me as my order is being returned.. they have not replied to one email. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no contact phone number. At this point I just want a refund.

Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!!! – Did quite a large order with this company, they emailed me to let me know something wasn’t in stock so they asked if it would be ok to change it to a different colour. via multiple times email, when they finally replied they told me that it had been delivered and sent me a photo of a signature that Australia post had received. It was not my signature, I’m sorry, but everytime I collect a parcel from Australia Post, they ask to see my license, CLEARLY that wasn’t done in this situation. Because it had been “signed for” - even though it wasn’t by me, which I told them, they haven’t replied or tried to rectify the situation. There is $70 I’ll never see again! will never EVER order from jymlocker again!

DO NOT BUY FROM JYMLOCKER – Do not buy from this site go direct site to the brand you wish to buy. They take your payment, then 3 days later say they don’t have it in stock. Then Say they can refund the order, but 8 days later and emails sent everyday to follow up on the refund with no reply and still no refund.

they kept saying was the item was on sale and no refunds! They are kidding if they think that is normal! Go to the brand directly as Jymlocker could not care less about good customer service!

Jymlocker customer service – Very disappointed with jymlockers customer service. Sent out the wrong size of what I ordered. They take ages to respond to an email or sometimes they don’t even reply. Amateurish service, non-responsive – Sent me through a size I didn't order then refused to respond to my emails when I asked how they were going to fix the situation. Only responded when I got PayPal involved. Don't waste your time, buy from the clothing manufacturers.

Watch out for Jymlocker – Took my order for 2 items and my money on credit card but can only deliver one item because the other was out of stock. Will not refund me for the item they could not deliver. What a scam! Show details
