Scam site – Ordered a book, these scammers took my credit card details for payment and and then not long after a company called remitly was used drain my bank account to send money to the Philippines. They never sent the book. Do not use, you risk losing money

This site is a sham!!! Buyer beware-not an Aussie company – Bought a Murder She Wrote Box Set back in January - Never arrived. No tracking number. Constantly told it was on it's way or that they had sent another one but obviously Lying!!! they have now stopped all contact with me.

Over 2 months and I still haven't gotten my order – It's no wonder trustworthy sites like amazon are eating up the whole market when this is their competition. Avoid this company – The company is an absolute joke. They mislead you by implying they are an Australian company, which they are not. I have since found out they have pulled this joke all over the world. They do not deliver items ordered and paid for. They will not answer emails. Buyer beware. Old adage if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. An expensive lesson learnt. They didn't supply the product

Terrible service – Ordered the complete "Red Green Show" Collection on January 18. Sent numerous emails to chase up progress or confirmation after extensive delivery delays (guaranteed delivery within 1 - 3 weeks). "24-hour a day, 7-days a week support department". Oh, really? Now emails bounce back - undeliverable. I should have known better.

Still waiting for my DVDs – Ordered Box Set 7th Heaven in January for $110 and has not arrived after being confirmed by email from them. Emails not being sent and no contact from them at all. Will now follow up with my bank. Wish I had been able to see reviews before I used them as I would have not proceeded at all. Cannot believe they can be operating with all these bad reviews. Pretty Bad – I ordered a boxset and paid $145. It is a poor quality pirate copy, I assume highly illegal. I have had one e-mail correspondence with the company and got a very polite answer. They seem to have closed down TVRuby and DVDPandas but now have a new site called TV Whale. It sits under the TV Ruby domain [url removed].

Why can't anyone do something about these people???

Buyer Beware – I ordered Dallas and Dynasty in November and all through December they told me my DVDS were coming - never did arrive. Have reported them to ACCC. Friend purchased something earlier and they got DVDs but half of them did not work and were not replaced. DVDS obviously copied off television very badly

Kangaroo DVD takes your money without sending products – I placed an order in August Last year and paid $125. First they said they would ship out another box set. Then they said they would ship if express post and now I have sent about 50 emails to them and they refuse to reply. I have taken out legal action against the company.

Big cheaters – Ordered on the 12.01.2013 DVDS "Highway to Heaven" paid $110.00.i never got it,have writen few e-mails but no answer.Is hard for me i am on pension,people like this take advantage of us and cheating on us.I only hope one day they get them.I just like my money back,i should check them out before i buy. Do Not Buy – This website is terrible! do not buy from these people. I have not received what I paid for, they have no contact phone number and do not reply to emails, and now the website does not exist. It looks legit but is a complete scam. I will be complaining to ACCC.

contacted them, the next day replied stating the item had been shipped via Small Packet Air Mail which does not offer a Tracking #. and it should arrive any day now, though if it still hadn't arrived after 3-4days to contact them again and they would issue a internal trace with Australia Post.

As the package had still not arrived, I emailed again, and speedy reply once again, telling me they had initiated the internal trace, apologising profusely for the hassel, Blaming Aus POst for everything. They gave me a 20%off Coupon (COUPON CODE: 20OFF), and gave me 2 options, if they had no progress with Aus Post. a) have item reshipped via FEDEX or UPS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY at there cost or b) a full refund. After waiting again another 2 weeks, I had not heard anything, I emailed them asking for option a) items to be reshipped as I really wanted them. It has now been 8 weeks, and no reply to my last email, and no goods recieved.

Do not touch DVD Kangaroo – Like everyone else in these reviews I have been misled. They are quick to take your order via a site that pretends to be Australian and they are very quick at charging your credit card, but your goods don't arrive. Don't waste your time emailing their customer support - [name removed] will just send you a couple of emails that are complete rubbish and blame Aust' Post. Hopefully my bank will get my money back.

Paid money no delivery – Ordered nypd blue for myself for Xmas.... Received confirmation email saying it had been shipped Boxing Day and would arrive 3-5 weeks. Contacted after six weeks. Got a lovely reply offering me a $20 coupon off my next order.... They would lodge a complaint with Australia post. I also sent a further few emails. I should have researched more carefully! – I purchased the goosebumps DVD set for the kids. I received the standard emails, advising that items had been dispatched. Now I realise I've just thrown money away. Nothing has arrived. No answer to emails and now can't find website online. Obviously they've made their money and disappeared!! Makes you so angry!

Bonanza DVD Collection – I purchased a set for my wife for Christmas and the cover on the case is printed from a home printer, and cut off using a ruler, no straight cut, the discs are plain with just the word disc and the number, and does not have the picture of bonanza as shown on the website. no sound. They responded to say they will contact their supplier to send replacement discs. Sent another email last week advising case 1 had two (2) bad discs, four (4) stopped and did not go to the end, and one (1) disc with no sound. Case 2 had six (6) discs that stopped and did not go to the end.

Still finding more discs stopping and some without sound in case 3. I advised them that they have been copied off the TV Land TV channel, and also have been copied from Hallmark, which is in breach of copyright laws.

They are not "new limited edition box set" of Bonanza, and not "digitally remastered for stunning, clarity and sound" as advertised. Very poor quality and is not what you would purchase from a genuine DVD shop. Some of the discs are blurred and some have the picture freezing and then starting off again.

The speach on some discs do not match the movement of the lips. The website showed a map of Australia coloured in with the Australian flag colours so I thought they were coming from somewhere in Australia.

Turned out the discs came from Toronto, Canada. The actual price on the website shows $403.50 and reduced down to $187.50. They are not worth $187.50 let alone $403.50. Someone has reported them to ACCC Scam Watch and I need to find out how to make that contact.

Looks like I won't get any reply to to mast email nor any replies to future emails to report more corrupt discs until we view all 113 discs. Be aware, you do not get what is advertised - false advertising and misleading and I believe they are in breach of the copyright laws.

watched it was also evident by the menu that it was half arsed and the disc skipped and jumped. The "digitally remastered" copy was very poor and then 2 episodes on the disc did not work.

Emails were sent and a response that our satisfaction was the most important thing and that we had 30 days to return. when i then wrote that i wanted a refund, they provided an address in Canada and a list of conditions and instructions in returning.

When I again emailed and said I was a refund and then will return... suprise they blocked the email address. I then emailed from another address and they and highlighted that the email was blocked. Theiur tone changed and stated "you have 72 hrs to advise stock returned" or we will mark non refundable.

Do not do business with this company.

Poor quality

Is this theft? – I ordered a DVD Box Set in August and when it did not arrive ASAP, T complained. "Sorry - sent by sea mail" then "another set will be ordered - Express" then "sorry - sent by sea mail". NOW - No Answer. and the emails just go unanswered. This mob also trade as CW Marketing. The web site is in Canada, emails come from Florida USA and the VISA was processed in California. No goods no refund no communications.

Seventh heaven – When DVDs arrived they were not genuine . They had a photo copy cover and no original cases . Some episodes must have been missing because the gap in the story line jumped to far . Onlybupnto disc 7 have no idea what season that would be . No way these DVD are worth the sale asking price yet alone the original price . Half price sale no way . How is this site legal .

DVDs were not delivered – I ordered Hill Street Blues in August for $110. Still waiting, They reckon they sent a second copy by express courier in September but still no delivery. Now they aren't responding to emails. I had similar issues with a company called tv-on-dvd a couple of years ago - I guess this is the same mob. the dvd's weren't sent

Beware Pirates! – I can't believe that I waited over 13 weeks for my Muppet DVDs (with plenty of chasing up by email on my part). The individual DVDs are labelled "Muppet Show 1", the photocopied cover has wording chopped off and there is no listing of the contents of each disc. I have just tried to play Disc 1 in my laptop and all I get is sound and a whole bunch of green pixels! Beware. $63 down the toilet - product doesn't work and is probably illegal

Despicable – Ordered expensive lego for my daughter's birthday. It never arrived. Should have looked up reviews. No response to any of my emails.

Time wasters – Ordered a book set, never arrived, they don't give tracking numbers. Lots of emails promising everything. Thankfully I got my $ back.
