Amazing for babies – Best for babies as a backup for Bfeeding who had a slight cows milk intolerance. For infants at high risk of allergy or confirmed mild to moderate cows milk and/ or soy protein allergy. I went through about 4 formulas till I found Karicare soy and it is great. I found Karicare even smelt better! thinner and was heaps better for constipation Recommended by most pediatrician. Show details

My baby has no reaction to this formula – I decided to give my bub formula and I heard many benefits on goat formula so I tried Bubs brand to start with. My bub threw up everything he had straight after so I bought Oli6 and nope didn't work on him. I tried Karicare goat and oh my gosh, he did not puke everything out. When he burped, he spewed a little bit but not like the other two… Read more

brands. I was pretty happy with the difference I could see with Karicare and since then, I am only buying this formula. I don't know if my bub likes this one or not because he just loves everything that goes into his mouth. He never refused to drink Bubs and Oli6. I also like this formula the fact that it does not have particular smell when I open the tin. No side effects such as rashes, puking or constipation and very easy to prepare. Dissolves well, easy measuring, and overall, my baby drinks well. I am very pleased with this product. I will be moving onto stage 2 soon and I hope it still works for him.

Karicare Goat Formula – Due to my baby wanting more to drink than my supply i knew i needed a formula to help with top ups. Fed is best. After trying a few normal formulas and bub not holding them down, i read some reviews on Karicares goat formula and decided to give it a go. The smell of the formula itself is not sickening and if bub does vomit a little it doesn't… Read more

stink the whole house out like the other formulas i tried. The mix is also a lot whiter and smoother. You have a scoop for every 50mls of water and my bub is up to 3 scoops so 150ml, i have found he keeps it down better if i have 160ml water.

Of course babies will have days where they are a bit spewier than others but i find with this formula it is more just spit ups than actual full on vomit. It doesn't seem to hurt his belly and i found he did not get constipated at all from this product which is another great bonus as i had a very sick constipated little boy with other ones.

I shake it up really well and don't seem to have a problem. It is a bit more expensive but so far it has been worth the few extra dollars. I will not be changing formulas anytime soon :)

All our babies in care thrive on it ! – I am a fulltime foster carer of small babies. Often these babies have been drug affected and they all seem to have gut and reflux issues. I had a baby and tried every thing and then researched that the make up of the goats milk is the closest to breast milk. As these babies have mostly had an awful start in the womb it is my passion to provide… Read more ·  1

them with the best nutrition to give them the best start they can have. As soon as a baby comes into my care it is the first thing that i do is to start them on the goats milk formula. They have all thrived on the formula and definitely helped their guts become regular and helped with the reflux. The latest baby in my care came to me on S26 and was very constipated. Within 3 days she is now regular less positing and a very happy baby and gaining weight.

The only problem that i have is my only local supermarket being coles is no longer stocking the goats milk and my local chemist also does not stock it. The closest available supplier is a chemist 20 kms away so i must always make sure i have enough. I will travel the distance to give the babies this formula as it has given me the best results in our happy babies.

Best choice when I wasn't able to feed past 4.5 months – BM devotee here who through a multitude of issues was no longer able to feed my 3rd baby BM past 4.5 months. Gentle on her tummy, good ingredients and kept her happy as lomg as she was bottle fed. Thank you for providing such a good quality product. Show details

Good formula if your baby can't handle cow's milk – I was attracted to Karicare Goat's milk formula since bubs wasn't handling cow's milk well. It had minimal ingredients and baby liked the taste. Only downside is that it can have a tendency towards constipating baby. Show details ·  1

Only formula baby likes – My baby has a suspected CMPI but does well on this formula. Gentle on her tummy and bub seems very satisfied with it. Easy to mix with no clumps unlike some formulas. Doesn’t taste too bad either haha. Show details

Made our baby constipated – Switched from karicare cows milk formula to goats milk as my 5 month old was showing signs of allergies. He’s since become very constipated. We’ve tried to “ride it out” with digestive aids (coloxal) to see if it was just the adjustment but couldn’t bear to see him in so much pain. Our happy boy became so uncomfortable and pooping really hurt him.… Read more

We had a similar experience with him when we tried the cheaper SMA formula we were given by a friend which has a harder to digest casein protein. Very saddened by this, as it’s been an expensive and distressing trial of the karicare goats milk formula. I can see other parents have had similar issues.

Constipation, includes cows milk – Our baby hated this formula, terrible constipation and stomach issues, also this is false advertising as it has cows milk in the recipe, very poor product. I'm switching to a better brand.

Miss Leading and False Advertising! – It was recommended that our precious boy has goats milk vs cow due to the protein in goats milk being easier broken down. Unfortunately after putting our trust in this product I was extremely disappointed to find out that they still put cows milk in this product and then advertise it as goats milk! Read the ingredients list and my recommendation… Read more

It is perfect for a picky baby – It is said that goat milk powder helps the baby to better digest and absorb nutrients and enhance the baby's resistance. Another advantage of goat milk powder is that goat milk powder is not easy to cause allergic reactions in the baby, because goat milk can relieve allergies caused by most milk proteins. Therefore, for a picky eater baby, this is… Read more

So far so good – I really didn't want to use formula to feed my bub but wasn't making enough milk so I wanted to at least get something that would be good for my baby. So far bubs doesn't mind it. He definitely prefers my breastmilk over it but he doesn't reject it. I wanted to make sure it was going to be gentle on his developing belly so went with goat over… Read more

cows milk. He looks happy and full and generally falls straight asleep.

The formula is really easy to prepare but I would assume other formulas would be as easy. Just water, formula and shake.

I don't know if I will purchase it again yet as I'm hoping my milk increases.

Gave bub constipation – bought this after reading lots of good reviews about this formula but sadly its not for my bub. shes a very windy baby and colicky it didnt made her feel better everyday i tell myself it will get better but everyday she gets worse and it made her constipated within 3 days her stool became hard causing her to strain worse than ever before! so sad.

Gentle formula on baby’s tummy – My baby had a milk protein allergy and was breaking out in spots all around her face after having a number of different cows milk formula around 3.5months. We opted for another animal milk formula rather than rice or soy because we figured a baby goat is closer in size to a baby than a baby is to a calf so the milk might be more suited to a… Read more

smaller and more sensitive stomach of a baby. This worked really well, didn’t constipate bub, easy to mix and wash the bottles once they were empty. It also stopped the projectile vomiting and the grunting sounds of a baby with an upset tummy. Highly recommend trying it if experiencing something similar. It is expensive but worth it. After 5months we tried cows milk formula again but it didn’t work for Bub again so we are back on the Karicare Goat milk formula .

Excellent formula – Its perfect formula for a baby even though its on a pricy side. I only give it to baby a few times a day to supplement breastfeeding and havent had any issues with it. Baby's tummy was happy, no constipation etc. The only problem, it always gets sold out quickly so have to be buying in advance.

OK but maybe not for my bubz – Easy to prep, tastes fine my lil one couldn't keep it down and slept less during night so nit sure if she was getting full or not due to me changing her from nuture stage 1 to this one. Was exited to try though as she developed a rash on chin from the other milk and I heard this was good for diff skin types.

Great taste, but not for my bub – This formula tastes the best from all the other ones we've tried (yes, I taste my bub's formulas before I give it to her..) and bub loves it (drank more than usual) but it made her constipated so we changed. It's also quite expensive but not more than other premium brands.  Show reply

Finally found the right one – We have tried 4 different formulas before we started karicare Goat. She had reflux and trouble with constipation. After a week on the goat formula her constipation had subsided and she became regular and the reflux improved so much. Definitely the right formula for her, very glad we gave it a go.

Good for baby – I believe goat milk works better for baby to absorb. Also there are different nutrition to some extend that different from cow milk formula. I use it as a supplement as well as Karicare gold+ formula. My boy does not against to the flavour. The only problem is very hard to buy from supermarket.

Taste good – At the beginning, I thought the goat milk will smell bad and taste bad. But it is really different. It taste good and smell good. No other additions and no strange smells. I bought it as gift to my friend's daughter. Now she give up other milk and accept goat milk.

My baby loves it – Formula is easy to prepare but somehow very hard to buy stage 2 and 3. I stopped breastfeeding after 4months and start to feed my baby with Karicare goat milk and there is no drama for my baby with changing. The taste is similar as breastfeeding. I will continue to feed my baby with it.

my kid love it – used this from friend recommendation. Always hears that Goat formula is better , so gave it a try from birth of my two babies. THey take it without problems, so hopefully it is doing them good in the future as this is 30% expansive than other brands and cow's formula in general. Problem is they are always in shortage , one of the reason is exported to China by bulk buyers who makes profit buying and posting to China for profitable margins.  Show reply

Good for baby – This formula is the closest formula to milk. My baby used to drink this formula since childhood, he is healthy & strong now. If the baby allergic to milk powder can try to drink goat milk powder. The only drawback is that this milk powder is often out of stock, and the price is expensive.

Suits my baby just right – It is important to try lots of different formulas to see which one works bets for your baby. There is a lot on the market and after my baby had runny poo and lots of wet eczema on the chest we were booked into Westmead for a skin test and they recommended to try goat milk formula. It settled the baby and cleared lots of eczema. We are happy with the product so far so good.

Best formula we’ve tried! – Tried all different types of formula and my son was never settled and couldn’t bring up his wind, with Karicare goats milk he has been a different baby, so settled, starting sleeping through the night and just a happy baby... has been a life changer! Would recommend to everyone! Only issues is how expensive it is and hard to find in stock!  Show reply

Ok formula but doesn't suit my baby – I switched formula from nestle nan ha to karicare goat milk due to eczema issue. Baby has no problems taking karicare goat milk, however the eczema problem still exists and his poo is much drier ( constipation). Just not the right formula for my baby. Will have to find another brand formula which works with my baby. BTW, the lady from the karicare helpline was very patient and provided very informative advice.

Ok but expensive – We ended up trying almost every formula available on the market. This one was not too bad as it did help our baby with his reflux, however he did not seem settled on this formula. For some reason he would not sleep through the night. We ended up on nan ha.

Our baby loves it! – We have tried many formulas as I stopped bf'ing when our baby was 3 months old. We found Karicare to suit our baby's stomach the best as it is very gentle. It is a bit pricey but works really well without giving any stomach aches, air or other issues! Love it

Baby loves this formula – The comments below was based on our own experience and not constitute any advice. Good formula and little baby loves it. I feel this formula is Okay in term of digestion. No constipation was developed. We will continue using this formula. The price of this formula is a bit high, $33.00 per can flat rate at Coles or Woolies. Never see any promotion going on. Hopefully to see some discounts to reward hard working mums.
