Is it possible to have a pantek truck delivered to an address for hire if you aren’t able to pick it up during business hours?
I had a collision in a 2t tipper truck and had waited for truck insurce waiver to be billed or sent to me and now I’m owing $18k on truck repairs to engine bay and fraudulent fixtures that aren’t mine? And I paid insurance prior taking keys .
How do you make a motor vehicle insurance claim? My friend was recently tboned by someone driving a Kennards hire vehicle and when I rang a branch they told me the insurance company deals with claims but gave no assistance on how to commence a claim. Some assistance urgently required for my friend.

The one I hired had a bench seat. You'll get 3 in there from memory. Just ring them they'll tell you.
The trucks are standard. Kennards are expensive - get one from someone else. They are all the same set up.

Hi Tom, Thank you for your query. Unfortunately, we do not do one-way vehicle and trailer hire between cities or interstate, all trailers/vehicles need to be returned to the original branch. We do have weekly and long-term rates on vehicles and trailers for those longer trips if you are planning to return to your hiring branch or area.

Hi Monica, We realise you've posted this a long time ago but we never responded. You can return your vehicle or trailer to any Kennards Hire branch within the same city. This incurs a relocation fee which is available on application. We don’t do one way vehicle and trailer hire between cities or interstate. We do have weekly and long term rates on vehicles and trailers for those longer trips if you’re planning to return to your hiring branch or area.

Hi we hire a concrete saw and it stop working after 1 hours and when we return it they charge us $1750 saw is 1 and half year old but Kennard wants replacemt with new saw value
