Why aren't the blades marked?
After 3 uses , smoothie - pizza dough - smoothie again [ following manual guide times] there is a smell of burnt oil or motor & slight smoke coming out the bottom. Is this normal?

Hi it seems to let flour escape from the bowl when making dough. Is that normal?
Hi Libetto, try turning the speed up slowly, if you increase the speed too fast it will send the flour out-woods instead of mixing to the center into a dough.
Do you mean outwards? Or out in the woods?
