I had an issue with Merrifield kfc in Melbourne,Victoria and complaint about it to kfc customer service but got shocked to see the outcome as one of the customer service female from kfc head office “rebecca” sent me very rude reply saying she cant do it anything. I have her reply screenshot with me and i will post it on Facebook and tiktok to show others how rude this female called “Rebecca” from kfc customer service is.
I ordered 3 pieces box at KFC West Lakes South Australia store, and when I eat the chicken, I noticed that the colours of the chicken was very dark, like to much paprika or something like that, the chips was soggy and unsalted. The taste of the chicken was not like the original. I need to wait about 10 minutes, until I pick up the order. The staff was friendly.
I send my feedback to their Facebook cause that was the only way on 13/4/26. No feedback to follow. I purchased the liquid gold tender box on 13/4/26 Monday night from Miranda branch. The chip and the chicken was super salty. The sauce was tag with potatoes gravy. I felt so unwell on the next day. This could create health issue.

Bought 2x 10 pieces of wicked wings, large chips and 3 large popcorn chicken. From the Cranbourne store on Gippsland Hwy. The wicked wings were dry . The skin was like cardboard. chicken and a paltry amount of slaw. So I went back in and asked them to make it look like the picture because the picture had two pieces of chicken and salad coming out all over. So they added a bit of salad and at least I had some salad to eat for $17 that was an expensive meal. The hot chips were cold and seems like they were sitting in the pan for quite a while. I hadn't been to KFC for ages so I went in and ordered a Zinger Stacker Burger. When I got it I thought I had walked into White Castle. It was the smallest burger I've ever seen. Looks like they sell Zinger sliders there now.

after 9.30 .so i paid cash for meal and asked for a refund. oh we cant give a refund it will bounce back to your back acc . so after 2 weeks refund did not bounce back. so i had to waste MY time and call customer services not to mention how hard it is to find there number. they hard my money for 3 week . wont be going back

I am going to boycott their outlets until they change this practice. I have emailed them (and called them, but they don't seem to care (or don't want to know. Please join me in boycotting them until them until they change this practice.
Follow-up · The specials are advertised outside of KFC and they change after a couple of weeks or so, but the online bit is not clear. You drive in and get told that it is an online special. I do believe that this is a st^pid system, due to the fact of going on line to order something is time consuming, more people are required to fulfil your order, some areas don't have great internet access and some older people are not internet or computer savvy.

people, usually when I buy this meal it feeds four people, i don't understand if there's not enough of the right size chicken pieces give the customer the option to wait until more chicken is cooked, probably not a good idea to just give a loyal customer mostly little tiny wings and drumsticks, i'm more than happy to wait for more chicken to be cooked, i am a very loyal KFC customer and have been for nelly 40 years, I guess I'm saying just be a bit more mindful, because someone is paying big money for a decent feed, anyway on a very good note the customer service was excellent, The guy who served me was very nice and polite 5 star out of 5 for customer service, my family meal was just missing the right chicken peace combination, not the end of the world, Just a little frustrating when you get home to feed people and you open the box to look inside and see it would be lucky to feed two people & i have four hungry people at home, like I said, frustrating and a little unfair. Just had family feast and 24 nuggets. I gave kfc a bad rap last time, Marsden, but when a bit of credit is due I think it should be mentioned. KFC at BERRINBA Was pretty darn good. Fresh as. Customer service at the drive through a bit ordinary,so was the coleslaw, too much carrot. Thank you

cost of living already so high, it’s disappointing to see prices going up while portion sizes and quality are going down. I’m seriously starting to reconsider coming back. Come on KFC, do better. Your portion sizes used to be generous back in the day — not anymore. I don’t think it’ll take long before people start noticing the lack of value, and if that happens, it wouldn’t surprise me if prices end up increasing even more to cover costs.
