I showed that attendant the order on my mobile as well as the confirmation on my banking app that the $10 was deducted from my account. I was asked my name again and whether I had placed my order at the St Clair outlet despite it being shown on the KFC mobile app, which I showed the attendant. The attendant then called another attendant who then proceeded to tell me that the order was already picked up. I proceeded to inform the attendant that both me and my wife placed our orders on our mobiles and then drove together through the drive thru. I was then told that the order was picked up 10 minutes ago. The attendants then called a gentelman and after a conversation, I was then asked to proceed to the collection window. I told the gentleman that I am not seeking to cheat KFC of $10. What is disappointing is that no apology was offered to me and I left with being made to feel guilty. with the duty manager, several other staff members became involved, making the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing in front of other customers. I also found it concerning that the staff involved were not wearing visible name badges.
I have been a regular customer of this store for a long time, so this experience was very disappointing. I have submitted a formal complaint to KFC and hope they review both the food quality and customer service standards at this location.

They didn’t even close the lid on the Gravy and threw it in upside down gravy container totally empty. The popcorn chicken was upside down as well. They blamed the Dasher, it clearly wasn’t the Dasher & the Pepsi Max is warm. I waited an hour for this rot at over $25 just as bad as Macca’s slop. piece box consisted of 4 small dry wings and 2 teeny tiny breasts that were smaller than the wings!! The other 4 pieces were quite small as well. Imagine feeding a family of 4 with that!!! A true example of shrinkflation.

Just spoke to a lovely girl Alyvia at Richlands Brisbane. She was very attentive, spoke up politely when I told her I couldnt hear her. It was a customer that was noisey just timed it for me placing my order. Alyvia smiled and obviously likes her job and great customer service. I havent got my meal yet cause I just ordered. Every time I have attended the store in the last six months they have either been out of drinks or a particular part of the order I was after, the dining area is always dirty and the staff are unhelpful...!!!
