Bought a bucket of pieces Sunday and 2 large chips, at Bridgwater tas. Chips were fine but chicken all over cooked and stringy, managed to eat two pieces each for dinner and threw the rest in the garbage. This is a treat for us, but absolutely disgusting for the price, won’t ever buy again
The only good thing about kfc chips is the flavour so why when I order chips it had no salt no anything and therefore no flavour I was just eating sad soggy chips that taste like plain potato not to mention it took 20min for me to receive this sad order
Got a 3 piece box etc, drove home and when we opened the box the 3 small bits of who knows what were old dried up pieces of crap, called the manager immediately and she said send an email with pics and I did, 3 emails later and not 1 response, not even dog food, this franchise will get our money again, worst chicken I’ve seen in 35 years! I basically got two pieces of chicken that I didn’t want and had paid extra to have replaced with fillets. No fillets and compensation doesn’t cover that extra $$$ so bad luck to me I guess. One of 3 people got their lunch and I’m $77 poorer. To add insult to injury they added a passive aggressive note to call them if the order isn’t correct. Here is a thought instead of adding the note why not take 5 seconds to check the order. It isn’t rocket science but KFC continues to fail. What is wrong at that store? peoples who prepare the order always look up the screen and they confirm to me my order. Today I have enough I received 4 drumettes and 2 wingettes. my order number is 660, 21/5/2025 at 4.34pm. it's not the first time that this has happen that's why I'm putting a complaint today. The young people who are making the order are not listening and too busy talking amongst them self. Very disappointed with KFC.

Just spoke to a lovely girl Alyvia at Richlands Brisbane. She was very attentive, spoke up politely when I told her I couldnt hear her. It was a customer that was noisey just timed it for me placing my order. Alyvia smiled and obviously likes her job and great customer service. I havent got my meal yet cause I just ordered. Oops got it now, vrry quick. Great service.

people, usually when I buy this meal it feeds four people, i don't understand if there's not enough of the right size chicken pieces give the customer the option to wait until more chicken is cooked, probably not a good idea to just give a loyal customer mostly little tiny wings and drumsticks, i'm more than happy to wait for more chicken to be cooked, i am a very loyal KFC customer and have been for nelly 40 years, I guess I'm saying just be a bit more mindful, because someone is paying big money for a decent feed, anyway on a very good note the customer service was excellent, The guy who served me was very nice and polite 5 star out of 5 for customer service, my family meal was just missing the right chicken peace combination, not the end of the world, Just a little frustrating when you get home to feed people and you open the box to look inside and see it would be lucky to feed two people & i have four hungry people at home, like I said, frustrating and a little unfair.
