rewards part of the app with absolutely no problem, even at around 11pm & 12am a night, but just recently the promotions and rewards part of the app is not working late at night i was told by a kfc representative that its because after 10pm thay are serving a different menu well i don't know much about that it could be true i can't confirm nor deny, Because I usually buy from the promotions menu, but it doesn't make sense to me maybe i'm missing something but previously late at night the promotions and rewards part of the menu worked perfectly, but now when im using the app after 10PM at night, the promotions and rewards part of the app does not show up, usually says store is closed, BUT I have noticed just recently surprise surprise the promotions & rewards part of the app has started to appear again after 10pm, But you get offered silly things & delivery only, It's not good offers like in the day, for some reason after 10pm all the good offers get taken away from the promotions and rewards part of the app, And it's a shame because that's where me and all my family & friends buy from mostly, so now we all have to go to mcdonald's after 10pm at night because they still offer all the good offers on their app after 10pm, I guess sadly that's mcdonald's gain and kfc's loss and my loss to because I love kfc more than mcdonald's & Why at kfc do we never get serviettes/napkins and moist hand wipes put in the bag automatically anymore like they did back years ago we got an adequate amount of napkins and moist hand wipes and so we should, but now why do we now usually have to ask???!!!, I regularly visit kfc in the metro south brisbane areas like, Carindale, Greenslopes, mt gravat, Coorparoo, and the list goes on, i always buy a large family meal, and I very very rarely ever get a serviette/napkin or moist hand wipes put in the bag with my order and if they do I'm lucky to get one napkin or maybe 2 if I'm lucky, ridiculous, & 99% of the time I have to ask, and when I do ask, most of the time they look at me like I'm asking for a pot of gold this is outrageous, I pay a small fortune for a meal and I can't even get a serviette or a moist hand wipe for my FAMILY meaning five people to wipe their hands its absolutely ridiculous, how can a family of five share one napkin, i know corporations are trying to save money but let's face it, they don't really need to save money that's way they are big corporations, but seriously a few napkins, and let's face it in my opinion, KFC has been slowly declineing since the 1990s, let's take potato & gravy for instance, I can remember eating it in the mid 80s, god It tasted so nice, but now today in 2026 it tastes nothing like it used to not even close for some reason, it has like a plastic aftertaste, but I was informed by my mum, that in the 1970s it tasted even better, but quote me if I'm wrong, but I think potato & gravy and coleslaw was made fresh in store in the mornings before opening the stores back in those days up until the 1990s, I know what a old & excellent way to make potato and gravy and colessal made fresh in store, i have been a loyal customer of kentucky fried chicken for around 40 years so I think it's best to keep us happy don't you, look I'm not asking for a pot of gold Just a few napkins and hand moist wipes, & a kfc app that offers rewards and promotions after 10pm, and potato and gravy and coleslaw, that tastes a little better than now, i know it's wishful thinking and unfortunately most of the world today only care about money & themselves, but come on kfc representatives let's break the mould, let's bring kfc back to what it used to be.

Went to coffs harbour, park beach KFC today ,asked for the price for 5 tenders, told $13.50 handed over $15 cash. And was given back 5 cents change !! When quired was told the extra was tax then added which is illegal now has to be stated initially. Wasn't given the first verbal price So got my money back. Just popped down to my local KFC (in Port Macquarie), asked for 3 pieces of chicken , two mashed potatoes and a bun..WOW $ 20 and 90 cents..used to be a place where you could enjoy nice food at a reasonable price, was a bit amazed , will try other fast food places in thr future !!! Show details

Waited 40 min for food even when I was told it’ll be 5 min wait. Walked in and asked for my food and they cleared the screen to say it was handed over to customer.

other box was a different burger box the burger was correct but the chicken pieces were the same and the chips weren't that good either, the only the best thing about the meals were the drinks, come on KFC get your act together.

3 burgers were missing from my order but upon being, informed KFC on Henley beach Rd rectified the problem and compensated us for the drive extremely well. Thankyou

Just spoke to a lovely girl Alyvia at Richlands Brisbane. She was very attentive, spoke up politely when I told her I couldnt hear her. It was a customer that was noisey just timed it for me placing my order. Alyvia smiled and obviously likes her job and great customer service. I havent got my meal yet cause I just ordered. Oops got it now, vrry quick. Great service.

On Monday 5/10/26 at 10.45am i walked into the Logan Village store and wanted to order via the front counter. There was no staff presence so I whistled then called out hello. old. So I asked for fresh ones. The go bucket had old chips in them. This is the worst experience I have had in a long time. Customer service was not on this menu that day.

just spent $50 thought the the drive thur and when i got home to have dinner with my family the chicken was dry and had no flavor and could not eat it at all then the chips where dry and did not have any salt on them at all. the bucket of chicken and the chips were all cold from wellington nsw .payed in cash and did not a receipt

When you order at a kfc restaurant you can’t select a cash option at the kiosk instead you have to go to the counter and wait for availability staff. What happened to cash. Should be a payment option like MacDonalds.
