Great customer service! Above and beyond! – We visited this store for the first time today after being assisted by staff over the phone this morning. Heather and the staff at Ababy were lovely and went out of their way to meet our needs. They spent lots of time assisting us and even kept our children entertained. like others - where is my order??? – I paid for a connection piece for my pram 2 weeks ago and when I try to track it there is no update. I have tried emailing and ringing. There is no response to emails other than a generic 'we'll get back to you' and the phone number says it is disconnected. Has this company gone into receivership???

Where is my order??? – I ordered a bassinet stand over 2weeks a go now- fully paid for and even got a confirmation email but am yet to receive any further correspondence about when I will receive it and nobody will return my calls (one number says it’s disconnected and the other nobody answers) nor a reply from any email enquires I’ve sent....would love to know how to contact someone and when I can expect the product I paid for... Clarity and relevant info for this first time Mum – Having no real experience in what can be a very overwhelming time as a first time Mum I was given warm clear advise on prams and car seats which I simply didn’t get in other major chain stores. Debbie and Heather were so helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy what was on sale and was listened too. I was offered very comparable pricing as well.

Rude service – I’ve been to this store in Nowra on several occasions and the staff have always been rude and blunt the only time they are pleasant is when you first walk in after that it just seems like they are breaking their back if you ask any questions espically about stock, Have a store credit for the store but won’t even bother returning there now

great company just useless courier services – I used to love shopping at ababy for all my baby and bugaboo supplies. but lately their courier company have been slack in delivering me my items. would recommend using a different courier service!! ive still not received any communication. I feel like my money is just being taken and I'm not going to get my pram. We are desperate for a pram if I knew it was going to take so long I would of bought from the baby store near me! a reply within 3 hours! Really excellent customer service and very happy with my purchase. Also should add I searched for the best price online and this was the cheapest place I could find the same item. If I would have read some of the reviews here first I probably wouldn’t have purchased from them but I didn’t read them until now. I don’t know what happened with everyone else but my purchase was really smooth and promptly processed. Thanks Ababy. :)

Wrong book – We ordered a baby journal for our new grandchild on the Ababy web page that was the same as the one we bought for our first grandchild 2 years ago. the woman I had spoken to the day before wasn't in today and neither was anyone in the online department so I would receive a call the following day. The following day, no call or response..... I called the next day and was told that they were expecting an order to arrive that very day and it would be shipped to me via express post. I confirmed that I would receive a shipping notice via email. By this stage 2 weeks has gone by without any correspondence other than me calling Ababy direct. I waited over the weekend and STILL no response and I contacted them via facebook msg which was received and seen but NO RESPONSE. I waited until Tuesday, I called AGAIN, and was told that they were expecting a delivery the day before but it hadn't yet arrived but it would be in any day now..... I called 2 days later and was then informed that one of my items was not available and the call was interrupted by someone in the background talking then told to please hold. The girl then told me that the owner had just informed her that they were not expecting a delivery from that particular company until January (a month later!) A refund was promptly performed without any apology or recognition of the complete waste of my time and unprofessional service provided. The communication from this company has been appalling, the stock levels online are completely false and I know I have been lied to during every conversation from my first phone call. I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a business. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend Ababy to anyone.

Would give zero stars if it was possible – Have never in my life had such a poor experience with a business. Purchased a nappy bag online over a month ago, and am still waiting to receive it. My emails are never replied to, and every time I call to ask when the product will arrive, I am told "it will be here next week". Have been told this 4 times now! Will never be shopping here again, and will be asking for a refund.

Web says items in stock, had to get refund after 6 weeks wait – I'm not normally so negative, and have ordered through Ababy before (and spent a substantial amount of money) without issues. But 5 weeks after placing another large order I am 5 weeks down and no items in stock yet. I had to ask for a refund as I can't wait any longer. at least. Although once I asked for a refund it was promptly done, and the staff were good to deal with, maybe the website should state when things are out of stock.

Customer Service was amazing – I ordered a Bugaboo wheeled board which unfortunately was missing the adaptors when it arrived. I received a prompt and apologetic response immediately when I sent an online enquiry and Ababy have been diligent in keeping me informed as they have sought to resolve this issue. The ongoing communication and ultimate response from ABaby in the resolution of this issue far exceeded my expectations and exemplifies excellent customer service.

set for the cot. I recieved an email saying part of my order had been full filled and couple of weeks later I recieved my mattress, cotton sheet and sheet protector. I went to unwrap the mattress and it had a hole in it under the packaging so I rang to let them know and the girl sounded very skeptical like i was lying to her. Finally talked to maybe the manager? She came out to my house to double check and bought me a new one which was nice. I was wondering where the rest of my order was i had to ring the next week to find out they had to order in the toy storage as they didn't keep them in store. That's fine but no one contacted me to let me know. I also asked where my flannel sheet set was and they said it was in order to and should be in the week after. I finally got my toy store but no sheet set to use. This is weeks after i first purchased. I kept ringing EVERY week to find out what's going on and kept getting having issues but it should be here next week. Mind you this whole time I had to chase this up as NO ONE from the store thought it necessary to contact me about a product I've paid for and never received. Finally over 8 weeks later id had enough. I have 2 under 2 and do not find it easy to just pop down to the shops to sort this stuff out all the time. On hubbies day off i got him to come with me and our girls to ababy to tell them I want my sheet now or I want my money back. Hubby waited in the car as one bub was asleep. I explained for the 10th time what had happened and said I'd like a refund or another sheet. She said she would get the manager. She came back out 5mins later saying the manager is busy doing paper work out the back so I had to wait. What the hell kind of customer service is that?? I got so upset at the carelessness of this shop I searched for another sheet and has to pay an extra $4 for it as it cost more than the one I originally purchased.... for the crap they put me through i they should have given it to me free and been super apologetic but no. I still saw no manager and hubby was ringing saying bubs was screaming in the car and I paid the extra and left NEVER to return. I can not believe the horrendous customer service of this store and the way or lack thereof of handling this situation. Others have since told me they have had a similar experience. The manager and all staff need to attend a customer service course and learn how to actually treat your customers. No matter how good their stock is ill never be returning to this shop ever again.

live regional and don't have the courier company they use in your town, they (courier service) will use another company and this can add extra wait time for delivery. This is not ababy fault however

Horrible customer service – Facts are their phone line is horrible it doesn't dial through or no one picks up during work hours. I made an online order it's taking ages to deliver even though they promise me a specific delivery day.

Slow response – I bought my product on the Sunday and only received an order confirmation. I inquired as to when my product would be delivered on Wednesday and heard nothing back and then finally a tracking confirmation but no tax invoice and card had only been charged that day. Excellent fast service – I rang Ababy prior to ordering (as it says on their website to do) and they had what I wanted in store. I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived by Friday to a very regional area and only $20 shipping! Great service!

Selling items they don't have in stock. Excessive waiting. No other website seems to have it and am told at Mornington Baby Goods warehouse that no one can get stock because Aden and Anaise dont even have stock. So basically they were stringing me along the whole time, after a couple of emails saying that I was waiting for the items because we needed for OS travel they kept stringing us along. Finally I asked them to cancel order and recieved a two word email without apology or even a greeting saging 'refunding now'.

Great store! Great prices! – We brought our steelcraft agile plus pram we had no idea what we needed the ladies were very helpful and we have even hired out the capsule, great prices and colours also we Will be buying our car seat very soon the worker even installed the capsule into our car for no extra charge it was awesome!
