they took ages to collect from the local depot - very lengthy dragged out process. I was notified of the collection and yet to receive a refund from Kidzwatches

My daughter was given a watch for her birthday in September, by Christmas it was broken. I have tried at least 10 times to contact the company via their contact us page and email and they don't respond. Their website is full of lies, they have no good reviews. Follow-up · There is no phone number to call, you can only email or do a website form. I have since heard from them via the first complaint I made. They asked for a video of the issue. I sent this to them but have not heard anything again. I doubt I will.
SCAM! received this kids smartwatch as a gift and it doesn’t work as advertised. Tried troubleshooting with no success. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times and received no response at all. There’s also no phone number or proper customer support, which makes resolving issues impossible. want to save your dollars, stay away from these guys. Go and buy it from Harvey Norman or genuine stores, where they provide a warranty on the product.

contact with them though email over 20 times with not one response.. how the heck are they still allowed to do business is a disgrace. Just like other people here I wish I read the reviews here before letting my daughter order.. Do not purchase anything from them we will just lose your money

Wrong watch sent out, sent an email to let them know and find out how we can fix the issue. No response and no contact number. Poor quality watch marketed as great watch for children. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BUY ELSEWHERE
SCAM!!! I received a watch that is NOT for a child and had none of the features advertised. Have sent countless emails and tried to call (the number rings out) and hear nothing back. now starting investigating this business (the business registration details, business history & more) to make a formal report, I do suggest anyone else who also has been scammed, not received products, or received faulty products, not been able to get money back, had this business ignore your emails to do the same & contact ACCC!

Do not buy, the watch has lot of issues and the supplier will never reply to your emails.

correctly and the company were unable to send through the correct instructions to get it going. The app did not work as expected either. I’d be surprised if the reviews are authentic.
I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and will also contact ACCC to lodge a formal complaint.

NEVER BUY OF THIS SITE. THE SITE/BUSINESS IS DODGY. Placed an order for my daughter's birthday. And the watch never turned up. The only way to contact this business is by email (check out bottom of their website - contact us is all blank. app cannot connect to the watch, so you cannot add phone number in the watch through the app which is the only way to add. Pedometer do not work and it is just the icon.

Scam business – Wish I’d seen the responses below but as everyone says it’s a scam business. The charger doesn’t even work with the watch & they don’t respond so no refund.
Ignore their website ratings – Definitely do not recommend this company. Watch is faulty - doesn't stay connected with charger and step counter extremely inaccurate. Customer service replied once but has since been non-responsive. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Faulty Item - No refund received- unresponsive seller – Purchased and received the smart watch on 31 October 2024. The item was faulty and did not sync to their app. I contacted their support and they were unresponsive. So I asked for a refund, they told me to send the item back. I sent the item back on 21 November 2024 and to date I have not receive my refund despite numerous follow-ups. I would not recommend purchasing this product or this seller.
