We have recently had one of kings screen doors fitted to the front entrance of the house and I am very happy with the finish,(very professional,)the installer was very friendly and knew what he was doing,(gave us an approximate quate on a slider for the rear door of the house. Very happy with kings and would highly recommend this company,(besides being made in Australia, I have nothing but praise.

Great service!!! – Has some issues with the sizing to one of the aluminum slats. Fixed and returned the next day for installation. Great service. My property looks great after installation of aluminum slats to brick fence, and gates, by kings Security.

WOW factor security door design – Had two security doors installed yesterday into a sandstone 120 year old house. emailing Kings, they had arranged for a technician to come out which he did and all was resolved and the door has been working perfectly since. That is the sign of a good company - that when there is a problem they promptly fix it and with no charge.

Everyone we dealt with at Kings was excellent from the Sales Rep through to the Administration staff, check measurer and installer. Often you buy a product because the Sales Rep is good but then you find the customer service and installation disappointing - this was not the case with Kings.

As a result of this successful installation, we have now just ordered through Kings new aluminium slat doors to replace our old wooden garbage doors. I am confident this installation will be a success too.

Most punctual and reliable company we dealt with – We have used Kings for a number of orders now and by far they have been the best company to order from. Unprofessional Service even before putchasing – Had been waiting for three weeks to get a representative to obtaining a quote. They reschedule the visit three times and last time representative [name removed] text that our house is too far away from their service area and he is double booked! and the girl who allocate task is not too familiar with Melbourne suburb! couldn't tell me, and the person I spoke to was a little short with me (they later did apologise during a subsequent conversation).

However in saying all that the product received will certainly help with our security and the side gate is aesthetically very pleasing.

Not very happy – Powder coated aluminium gate is nice enough. Hinges have stopped working and King don't respond to emails to fix them. Premium price for terrible service.

Great Doors - Great Service – Found these guys really helpful, from go to Wo they did an excellent job. Our sales rep [name removed] was very helpful explaining everything in detail.
