about disposal of the old doors, I did not receive a response. On another occasion, I was referred back to a colleague who appeared unaware of the situation. As a customer, that lack of coordination was disappointing and left me uncertain about next steps.

That said, the installation team was excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, thorough, and respectful. Nothing was an issue for them. They completed the installation to a high standard, removed the old doors for disposal, and even adjusted an unrelated sliding door latch at no cost. It was clear they take pride in their work and work well together as a team.

In the end, the job was completed successfully and I’m very happy with the outcome — however, the administrative experience does make me hesitant to engage Trend again in the future.

and met Emma Ogilvie (sales rep) and some of the friendliest warehouse staff id met in a while, I knew I was in safe hands. From this point on everything went to plan. They have been efficient in digging through the archives to find the old stock/designs so they could match the tracks and frame to my 15 year old doors. (They seemed newer to me when I purchased them. A testament to the products quality) and now im a happy and satisfied customer of Trend Windows and doors. I honestly didn't expect a result by the time I'd figured out the manufacturer let alone one so good. Thanks to the team at Ormeau. For helping save some of their old stock from land fill. This shows the importance of great customer service and the diligence in a company that makes a product to last. Huzzah

As long term registered builder on the coast "Bonnie" from Trend windows stood out as vibrant, witty and most positive while remaining professional at all times so much so that I have switched my supplier of windows and doors to Trend. Whilst their product is sound, their ability to fix issues and respond to customers in a timely manner is appauling. There appears to be no process or standard procedures on how to deal with customers or honour their products' warranties once they have purchased Trend products. A very disappointing company to deal with and given hindsight, one I would avoid.

We are still awaiting delivery of the windows for our build, with the entire project now on hold due to repeated unmet delivery commitments from Martina Lockwood at Girraween. I personally contacted Girraween on 17/12 and was assured the windows would be delivered that afternoon. This was particularly concerning given that your website states the business is closed from 17/12, making that commitment appear misleading at best.

My builder has since provided evidence of several written assurances regarding delivery dates, none of which were fulfilled. As a direct result of TREND’s failure to meet its commitments, our build has now been delayed by a minimum of two months, causing significant disruption and additional cost.

I have worked in the building industry now for fifty years and I have never come across a business with such appalling after sales service, still waiting to have an order filled that was placed four months ago. leaving messages on three different people's mobiles, not one response, constant not replying to emails. Had to finally ring a different store to be told the Cardiff store was closing down, supposedly with an office in place to deal with that process and yet over a two week period get no response to constant calling and leaving messages. I think it must be being run as some sort of tax right off, because it is impossible to think they want to encourage further business with them.

Emma Ogilvie was fantastic to deal with. She is very personable and knowledgable and was able to get me great pricing and meet the specs needed for my build (energy and acoustic requirements). Order was supplied with three weeks of payment - a great lead time. Show reply

We deal with Demi and Bonnie quite regularly and they are always great to work with. Communication is clear and easy, and they get back to us quickly. Turnaround times are consistently good, including on quote requests, which makes planning a lot easier on our end. Extremely poor company, the communication was terrible, they lost my order costing me money with my builder. They have no customer service. They don't respond to emails or phone messages. I'm still waiting on fly screens. Don't Use this company!!!!!! Show details

The quoting and ordering process was efficient and professional and the quote provided was very competitive, but more importantly the very short lead times compared to other manufacturers was a big factor why I selected Trend. that it was not responsible for the windows construction. The Service Team arranged for new windows to be made in short order and kept us informed throughout. The installers were courteous and went out of their way to ensure we weren't inconvenienced as windows were removed and replaced. We greatly appreciated this because of the recent spate of very cold weather in Canberra. Well done Trend Windows.
