I made an online purchase and went it to discuss product purchased with Manager who took time out of her busy day (store full of customers) to assist me with my question about my purchase. Horrible customer service from assistant manager Jody! – Shopped online a couple of times and been in store and bought things and always had a good experience until today. We bought a mechanical ice cream scoop only two days ago, washed it and then went to use it and it broke straight away. just said we wanted to swap it and in a very rude tone she said “ warranty normally doesn’t cover this, you didn’t follow the instructions” It’s an ice cream scoop! My parents have had a similar one for over 10yrs and it was still warm from rinsing it when we were using it and the icecream had been sitting out so was soft! I worked in retail for over 8yrs and would never ever treat people like that especially over a $20 ice cream scoop!

She swapped it but was very,very rude and the exchange was weird as well. She refunded us and then made us pay again?! It was the same product just put it in as a refund and then scan the replacement so it comes up as $0! Like every other retail store.

It is a haven for home cooks – It is a great store with great products. I purchased a Westinghouse slow cooker as my first -purchase on their first day of opening had a very pleasant experience. And keep visiting. Show reply

Everything Kitchens – Easy to park with close access to Kitchen Warehouse. An extremely pleasurable store to browse through with so much to see and buy at our Penrith store. Vitamix Life changer - nutrition boost for the whole family – During our juicing fast - while at Penrith Kitchen Warehouse store looking at another product, spotted the vitamix, went home & did more research, went back to store & staff was very helpful in explaining & assisting for our purchase. Christmas all at once – First in store experience with Kitchen Warehouse. I was so impressed with the layout so easy to find items. They also had hard to find items in abundance.
