Kmart 2 Litre Food Processor Questions

This I purchased about 8 months ago. I unpacked it and put the bits in their places but didn't use it. I no longer have the box for it and have no idea where the receipt might be as I have since moved house. So I excitedly pulled it out today to use for the first time. Firstly there is no instruction manual - no problem, I googled and printed it. Secondly, I start assembling the unit only to find it has no driving shaft. No I know I probably should have checked everything was there when I first unpacked it, but I didn't. Now I have a brand new processor that is impossible to use. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement - SO NOT HAPPY!

The store can accept any one of the following proof of purchase documents to facilitate the return: • The Kmart register receipt, however, you may provide a clear photo of the full Kmart register receipt, which must include the barcode; • Online Tax Invoice; • Online proof of purchase can also include Zip, Aferpay, Paypal statements etc.; • Financial statement such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemise the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required). • Flybuys statement You can take the food processor back to the store along with your your proof of purchase for assessment and refund or replacement. Without any proof of purchase the store may provide you with an exchange or exchange voucher for the current scanning price of the item. Hope this helps
