A lightweight Parlux! – A great hair dryer. Easy to clean rear filter. Very powerful and lots of heat. We have a Parlux and in comparison it fares very well plus it's lightweight. Show details ·  1

I've Had Much Better Hairdryers – I must admit it really does style your hair with a lot of uplift and volume for my fairly fine straight hair. However I do think the temperature is just a little too hot. If I leave the rotating brush in my hair for too long even with the motor in the Off position, it almost rewinds off the brush looking as if it had been lightly crimped. It bears… Read more

the shape of the brush and bristles. It looks like it has perhaps started to "melt" the hair instead of just styling it. I also imagine if you left your hair wrapped around that brush for much longer, even with it switched Off, the hair may simply snap off!

In addition, even though it appears to have a swivel component at the bottom end, that should rotate with each turn of the hair dryer to stop the electrical cord from twisting and tangling. It doesn't really do that at all! So after every 4 or 5 uses, I find I have to unplug the dryer from the powerpoint and manually twist the cord the opposite way so it is straight again and not curling around itself.

Finally, I do always seem to have a lot of hair wound around the brush when finished styling, which makes me think that perhaps it's not really a worthwhile investment, even if it is so cheap. I seem to be losing a lot of hair.

Bottom line - it dries the hair well and does give a volume boost, but just be super quick while styling each section of your hair. Perhaps pay a few dollars more and you may not be damaging or losing your hair quite so easily.

This was ok but it took 30 mins to dry my hair in the morning – This hairdryer took ages to dry my hair. I was late for work so many times because of this hairdryer. And of course, I cant go to work with wet sopping hair. Show details

Affordable – It's cheap and does the job. Looks like it will last for some time. Could do with better styling, white now seems a bit out of date, although dust won't appear as easily. Show details

Affordable Price Range Hair Dryer – It is a very nice and affordable price range hair dryer. The air flow is very good and does what it is supposed to do easily.

Nice and affordable – It has three speeds along with a hot and cold setting, which is very useful. Comes with a flat nozzle fixture for more focused blow-drying. It's the cheapest option in Kmart but it does it's job well.

Died very soon – It was convenient in use, but died in a couple of months. We used it at home several times a week, not professional hair stylists. Not worth of money spent.

Simple But Very Effective – We impulse bought this at Kmart because it is so cheap and it actually turned out very well. It surprisingly strong and solid and pumps out tonnes of hot air. You can flip the switch and run it warm or cool and control the speed too. It has a decent sized cord and does the job just fine.

Goes great guns – This was the cheap fill in that we just kept using! Its only $15 but its great. My wife uses it every morning sometimes for a little while, sometimes for ages when we are going out. Works great, no plans to change it!

Best value bang for buck – Once you get over the Kmart branding you have really competent family hair dryer. Its full sized and has a powerful air output. It's extremely easy to use with nice simple controls.. No complaints - just works well!

Cheap and does the job! – Bought it as a temporary hair dryer because i want to buy a better one and still have not decided which one to buy, it’s just $15!!! It does the job and dries my hair! Although it takes a bit long to dry all my hair but it’s still good. Not gonna change the hair dryer until it’s broken It’s also easy to use and easy to hold the hair dryer:)

Cheap hair dryer excellent for hobbies – I use this to dry hobby decals as the wife "explained" that I can't use her good one again. I got it because it was the cheapest OK looking one I could find but I am seriously impressed with how much you get for the money. It works just as well as the dearer Remington one but it costs only $15

super good value – This looks a but like a 70s model or something, very plain but iot works brilliantly and pumps out tons of warm (or hot) air. Best value going and only $15! How can they even make it that cheap? Oh well it works very well.

Very cheap and does the trick – This hairdryer wont set you back very much but has good power to it - it dries hair quickly and for those who aren't too fussy on brand names, it's just as good as a brand name one on the cheaper end of the scale.

The price is insane – $15 for a hair dryer!!!! I wanted to buy a more expensive one originally last week as my old one has broken but i still haven’t decided which one to buy yet, so I bought this as a temporary hair dryer for the family, however, it’s more than we originally expected, it’s quite similar to our original expensive one and it’s not heavy at all So we… Read more

are not planning to buy a new one now and instead we bought another $15 hair dryer putting to the living room so that we can dry our hair at both place

Worth to buy it with budget – It is a good product with affordable price. The size is relatively big and it is not fordable, which makes it un-portable though. Quick to dry hair. Considering price, worth to buy it and use it before you get an expensive DYSON hair dryer :)

Does the job but hair frizz – Powerful, and definitely does the job especially for the price. Good selection of heat and speed selections. I find my hair frizzes more (no ion tech). But it was $20 so it's better than expected.

Simple classic style – This was VERY cheap but it works really well. It follows the classic hair dryer lay out with hi/low and hot/warm/cool It is a large "salon style" hair dryer. It works really well - lots of power and heats up nicely. A very good choice if you don't want to spend much on a brand name.

Cheap and cheerful! – This was very cheap but its surprisingly solid and well built. It its very powerful and has good control. I was sceptical of a kmart hair dryer to begin with, but its lasted very well (over two years now) and really does a good job. Has all the usual settings and a long cord too!

VERY good value – Really good full sized hair dryer from kmart. This feels good in the hand and 'solid' It is flexible enough that I can do a full style down on low heat or just turn everything up to full and blow out my hair if I am in a rush. Build quality is far better than the price would suggest and its got the Australian safety ratings on it so all good.

I like this – I like this hair Dryer but am not in love with this item. I recommend it's cheapness but that's exactly what this hair dryer is, but until I can afford a better one this will do.

Good Dryer – Good priced dryer which works. Great amount of power. Happy to buy from Kmart because it is budget priced and returns under warranty are usually no issue when served by experienced staff.
