The manual simply says " to clean the heads simply click open the heads and remove the heads" i have tried pulling and twisting and nothing happens Can i simply run the heads under the cold tap?
Should the rotary blades reverberate when the power button is pressed on? My new shaver remains unmoving.

This is the 240v charger that comes with the shaver. Sure Power AC Adapter 5V 1000mA SW-050100AUL I'm not sure how you will go finding a replacement. It will probably be cheaper to purchase a complete new shaver and use the new charger for both.

Hi there, you may wash the shaver head only with running water and allow it to dry thoroughly. Do not submerge the shaver in water or other liquid. Make sure to switch OFF the shaver, disconnect it from the power, and pull out the shaver head prior to running it under water.

Hi Ben, so sorry for the delay! The rotary shaver isn't suitable for wet shaving / shaving with shaving cream or gel, so we'd recommend using it on a fully dry face.

4 weeks ago I asked whether replacement cutters were available or whether other would fit. Kmart responded advising they would check and advise. I have heard nothing further.
