I purchased a 'cooling' blanket before Christmas as a gift. I didn't look at the item until the day it was opened. What a total and utter disappointment. The blanket is of terrible quality. It had terrible stitching and crafting, fabric was cheap and with all that, if didn't make any difference to temperature, actually made you hotter. I have emailed this company 5 times to arrange a refund but not one reply. My advice is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

It’s not a ‘cooling’ blanket as it doesn’t make you cooler. What it does do is cover you without adding heat and making you hotter. It’s light weight and comfortable and I like it.

 Follow-up  · Easily washed, doesn't lose shape but still ‘cooling’ is the incorrect description, it does not cool you

Absolutely the worst customer service, I placed an order and one month later still no delivery I tried every means possible to contact with no response, in the end I had to contact my bank to retrieve the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Well, I’m not giving up. Either I get the blanket I paid for or a full refund, or I’ll be going straight to Fair Trading. Businesses like this shouldn’t be able to keep scamming customers and getting away with it.

isn’t bad service. This is straight-up theft.

Let me be clear: I’m not letting this go. You either send me my missing item or refund me immediately, or I will be filing a formal complaint with Fair Trading. This company should not be allowed to operate if this is how they treat customers.

Disgraceful, dodgy, and borderline criminal. Steer clear.

same until another negative review on Facebook - saw me blocked from their site and an email from their supposed founder to gaslight me with an apparent apology and promise to get the remaining order in the post next day. Two weeks later and it still hadn't shipped. Again ignoring emails and it was only on threat of fair trading complaint that the rest of the order was apparently sent - however despite it being logged as delivered i am yet to receive it. Ordered 12 June and 21 July still not in possession of my order. This company needs to be put out of business.

Fraud site – They intentionally sent me the wrong product. The product was posted as sold out a few days after I ordered, so they must have thought to just send me a random thing to keep my sale. They do not reply to the multiple emails. No refund and now stuck with something I don’t need or use. Total fraud site, don’t use them.

Did not process a refund when dispatching part of order only. Manipulating reviews. Bank dispute raised to recover money – I advise you not order from this company. They operate in a dishonest nature and do not reply to messages on their website or social media platform. person I spoke to stated Sendle the courier had separated the order to two parcels but only provided one tracking number. Sendle customer service have advised this company only sent one blanket not two and that they do not seperate packages and provide one tracking number. After posting negative reviews on Facebook and here, of which koala comforts deleted from Facebook - which is against facebooks terms to delete and manipulate customers comments, along with a dispute raised to recover my money via my bank and a report sent to ACCC this company responded by advising they couldn’t find the second blanket in a condition that they could send, they never advised of this and were contradicting the initial response stating they had dispatched the blanket the person even ‘checked’ their system and advised it was with the courier and on its way. This was clearly untrue. My final email 18 days after taking my money and order, sending one blanket out and giving differing versions of why I had not received the second blanket this business actioned a refund for both blankets (at my request for the second one). The founder then sent a second email whereby the he instructed me to take down my reviews or he would engage a solicitor for deformation. He stated I was to only state I had received poor customer service in my reviews. My experience is this company is dishonest and I hope the ACCC investigate their actions, I await seeing my money taken by this company returned to my account.

Do not trust this company – I ordered two weighted blankets in late March (KC3741). One arrived, but the other did not. A month later and I still have no response from the company. I am seeking a refund and will do what it takes to get my money back.

This business is a scam, avoid at all costs! – This company should be investigated for deceptive conduct and fraud. Ordered +$200 with advertised dispatch within 24hours. Over 3 weeks later with no shipping confirmation I reached out to the store via socials & email multiple times and have still not yet received a reply. I’m hoping through disputing the transaction that I can get part or some of my money back.

Terrible customer service and out of pocket! – Terrible customer service. Waited weeks for item to be delievered. No response when i emailed to enquire on delivery. I was then sent the wrong order. Again unable to get contact, tried Facebook and email. Eventually got a response that it would be sorted and again no response, no contact and left with wrong item and out of pocket financially. I do not recommend buying from this company.
