Koala SE mattress apart for me was the incredible value it offered. The price point was unbeatable, especially considering the high-quality it provided. It's not often you find a product that exceeds your expectations without breaking the bank.

Dealing with the company was an absolute breeze. Their customer service was responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction. The purchasing process was straightforward, and the mattress arrived faster than I anticipated. The ease of unboxing and setting it up was the cherry on top of an already delightful experience.

In an industry often complicated by overwhelming choices and aggressive sales tactics, the Koala SE mattress and the company behind it were a breath of fresh air. I wholeheartedly recommend this mattress to anyone in search of a high-quality sleep experience paired with hassle-free customer service and an unbeatable price.

My teenager has abandoned me in the name of education. It’s fine. Honestly – It’s not the most upsetting thing, having your only child move out of home, but it’s not been my favourite. She’s off to uni, gotten her self a share house, and left her poor mother flailing about and weeping in the dust. Don’t worry. I’ll be fine. Eventually. This growing up business is overrated. “adulting is not fun mum” and “mum, groceries… Read more

are expensive!”

Yeah kid, I know.

The time came to start getting all of her grown-up stuff together. Very difficult decisions were made. Yellow towels, not green. The obligatory trip to ikea for fairy lights, a desk and a chair. And I even got the chance to get rid of my old toaster and kettle (got a shiny new set for myself too). One of the easiest things about this whole process was the Koala mattress. We both sleep on them at home and when the time came to buy a mattress and pillows for her there was no easier decision. Click, pay, delivered. I worry about her not getting enough to eat but I don’t worry about her getting a good nights sleep. Koala takes care of that for me.

Customer service was excellent when needing some help with delivery. The Mattress was easy to unbox & install The Mattress is sooo comfy, & it feels like it supports my back & hips. Love it!

I needed a mattress quickly, and saw that this mattress rated well in Choice, plus it would be delivered next day. And it was, and easy to manage once delivered because it is compressed in a box. The first night I used it, it did have a strong smell, as they advise, but this had largely gone by night 2 and then disappeared by night 3. And it is… Read more

super comfy, I’ve had ensemble spring mattresses previously, but I feel like this is actually more comfortable - and heaps cheaper. So I would definitely recommend this mattress. I would buy it again. My only suggestion is you unroll it and let it rest for a few days before use if you can.

Delivery was fast, and the mattress saved our backs! We have had this mattress almost 2 months now and it is still very comfortable and just the right firmness. Will be looking to purchase another in the near future! Show details

Mattress is softer than expected. Feels not like a medium firm, maybe more of a medium.

Very uncomfortable, often waking sore and in pain. Wasn't able to return as it would cost more to return it due to living in a regional area. Do not recommend. Show details

Terrible experience! – Purchased a Koala mattress from Amazon it was a terrible mistake. Mattress was so uncomfortable and we experienced body aches. we wanted to return but couldn't as Amazon only has 1 month warranty!! Koala says there return policy is better but cant help!! Show details

Really nice user experience on the website. The design is lovely and there are only a few mattresses to choose from, which I appreciate. Delivery was super smooth and it's so cute how each mattress comes with a little koala. Unfortunately the king mattress we bought didn't work for us (I woke up with back pain every morning), but the return process was super easy and we're ordering a new Koala mattress to replace it. I'd recommend them. Show details

I can't argue with the quality of the mattress, it's comfort and the super speedy delivery (considering I am in rural NSW). It is all above excellent. The only thing that brings my review score down is the sickly chemical smell that comes with the mattress. I'd read the reviews and knew there would be some odour, but after airing the mattress for… Read more

a week before putting it on the bed, and then vacuuming the mattress as advised by Koala 3-4 times over a series of days, the odour remained. It was pretty strong and filled the room for 2 months. Even now at 3 months I can still smell it when I take the sheets off which makes me think it will always be there. Such a shame they can't find a way to address this as the product/service is otherwise pretty amazing.

This is the second Koala mattress we have bought for our home, with this one was for my daughter. She loves the firmness and support it gives her and after two months of sleeping on it she has said it hasn't "squished" or been uncomfortable. I appreciate Koala's quick delivery, and its compact packaging as it makes it easier to carry upstairs.

I got this mattress for my parents, after buying one for myself and loving it. They are loving it too. The only feedback or suggestion would be to add some handles to the sides of the mattress to make it easier to rotate, as king and even queen size mattresses of this kind are quite heavy and difficult to move when there is nothing to grip on to. Show details

No more sore back and absolutely comfy. Was worried it wouldn’t fit in the kids IKEA Malm double bed frame but fit snugly. Just a tiny gap on the long side but after putting on mattress protector and sheets, it fit very well. Show details

Best mattress I’ve ever bought. Comfy, supportive, top quality item. Supportive, I don’t even wake up with back pain anymore! Wish I had bought this much earlier!! Absolute 5 stars, wish I could give 10!! Show details

I had to convince my husband that we needed a new koala mattress … now he wakes up every morning and tells me how much he loves this new bed! Fabulous purchase 10/10 Show details

Absolutely love this mattress. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support – soft enough to feel cozy, but firm enough to keep everything aligned. I’ve been sleeping deeper and waking up without any aches, which has made a noticeable difference to my day-to-day energy. It also feels really well made and holds its shape nicely, even… Read more

after consistent use. Setup was straightforward and the overall experience has been seamless.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality mattress that genuinely improves your sleep.

Very happy with the bed, it is so sturdy and great quality for the price. My delivery did take about 6 weeks longer than it was supposed to take, I knew it was on back order but three times I received a text message saying it would be a few weeks late etc. This was disappointing but the bed was still worth the wait. Show details

Very comfy. Quick to deliver. Last one lasted 10 years.

Bought for guest bedroom. A great mattress in terms of firmness - not too hard, very comfortable. Solid price for quality. Show details

Unbelievably fast and easy delivery, and amazing comfort. Never buying another brand mattress again!
