Kogan sent me a link to open a file, not able to open. The reason I cannot view the programs when pressing the Red, Green, Yellow and blue buttons. This FREEVIEW is live streaming and TV catch-up service build directly into the TV's DTV service. Unable to do! The link I was sent is: external link . I presume this is the current/updated file. This is the second time it is not downloading. I will appreciate your help. Need my TV during these Covid-19 times.

When turning on, the tv starts to load as normal but after a minute or so turns itself off with the little red button showing on the bottom right side. Have tried numerous times but with the same result. Where to now? Cheers, Geoff.

Care to share your solution with others? People are too quick to complain but slow to comprehend or share anything positive. IMO Never had this problem with mine BTW

Try a Logitech Harmony 650 programmable remote. They fantastic and can control multiple devices.

LOGITECH HARMONY 650 is a great cheap Universal remote but when I got my Kogan series 8 could not find a Harmony listing for it and retired my Harmony. Could be there now but have no requirement for it until I lose the original remote. Anybody found it? LOL The Harmony listing that is.

Hi, my tv froze so I unplugged it over night . When I plugged it back in the red light came on but that was it . I can't turn it on at all from the remote or the tv. The remote has new batteries and the infra red led is working . Please help . This is my second kogan tv as the fist one was a dud and died after only 2 years. . Feeling like a dud myself for getting another one

Hi Kozzie71, the model I have is MU8510 and I've owned it less than 2 months, as yet I've not had the situation you describe, sounds like a fault with it. I'm sorry I can't fix your problem but suggest you contact Kogan's customer service and see if they can help solve it for you.

Goodluck getting a reply from Kogan I emailed them 10 days ago and have had no reply about my faulty tv. I wont be buying a second tv through those guys. I've learnt my lesson. Poor product and even worse customer service

Hi Chris, I agree with you as I'm now having problems with my TV bought less than 2 months ago and being subjected to delay tactics and the runaround with incorrect information from their non existent customer service.
