Poor support service – My head unit was damaged (copper pipe split and fins bent) so can’t be gassed. Kogan say they need a technician to check it before it can be returned. Timeframe given for that was three days. Still waiting three weeks later. No way of actually speaking to anyone to try to resolve this.

Still nothing from Kogan. They haven’t responded to the repairer’s email either
kogan aircon – i bought kogan aircon it was poor quality damaged drain piper no copper pipes no screws no electrical cables kogan should notice customers what including or not this is rediculous rip off customer.
