Horrible – Horrible outsourced service. Please please don’t ever even consider. You will be thrown to third party TIP/CoverMore who will drag your case for months. Terrible Customer Service – Unfortunately I had an accident while overseas and had to claim most of our 6 week trip back. I submitted the claim on 11/5/2024 and it was not settled until 2/8/2024. manager. They ask for documentation and once you send it, you get an email saying this will be looked at within 10 days. Once the 10 days is up and you call to ask what is happening, they send more emails asking for more documentation, the delaying tactics were very frustrating. In the end I went to the insurance ombudsman, from there the claim was partially settled, but they missed paying quite a few invoices, so I had to start all over again. In the end, they still managed to pay the wrong amount and I am still out of pocket for around $150, I just cannot be bothered trying to get that back. Stay away from Kogan unless you like to wait months.
