I just organised my lease through Kooya. Dimos was wonderful - could not thank him enough for his awesome customer service. If you are thinking of getting a lease contact Kooya - they are the best!
Did not manage customer contract document properly. Hidden fee exists when transferring employer. Even though Kooya requires a commission fee for transferring employers, they sent a new contract document with the increased cost, if you sign on the document without doubts, you will pay much higher money.
Amazing support – just want to give a massive thanks to Chris Kupper at the Kooya team! made my new car purchase so easy and super quick!! thank you very much for your help and really appreciate the massive effort you put in to make it happen so quickly!

He delt with all the paperwork and details with my employer, answering all my annoying questions, sent me the lease details to review and all finalised well before I had an eta for the car from the dealer. Chris Kruper is a legend – Very happy! Ask for Chris Kruper. He’s be an absolute legend. I wanted to purchase my car through connections at a specific dealer because they sponsored my footy club. Chris went out and got me a few quotes and made sure I got the best price. Kooya was also the best price so it was a win win. I won’t use anyone else going forward ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was kept in the loop at all times, and found my persistent questioning and challenging of assumptions met with timely and accurate information delivered with grace, as opposed to attitude which was my experience elsewhere.
