Such a great experience and pleasure to deal with William Shih. He has made the process so easy. From initial contact to purchase of vehicle was 2 days which is exceptional customer service. I could not be happier. Nothing was a problem. I could not recommend William enough.

different documents, said they were all good when I actioned them (me being the middle man between the different salary packagers) and then weeks down the line- after me calling them in tears- saying they cant proceed until i get another (new/different) document. I almost regret leaving my last job, just because of this experience

On this occasion yes Belle was very good .. and informative .. helpful .. but as a service in general .. no .. I have had previous calls where is was misinformed .. and action not being taken which has disadvantaged myself ..

Weaponised incompetence. Terrible experience from start to finish: was sent quotes for the wrong car. Extras added into the quote (at extra $) without my approval. And they fumbled the paperwork at the end - I reckon I signed the lease agreement five times before I finally got the car.
