been trying every avenue of contact. Kresta Blind Subicao phone always rings out, then transfers to a messaging service after 5pm. We have emailed multiple times with no response, or, "Our manager will get back to you". Its now been 3 weeks and we cant talk to anyone to resolve the issue.
As a test, we dropped a sale a email for a quote and got a response with-in 1 hour. We politely raised the issue we were having and again, the sale person said "We will get our manager to respond"..
I should also note, that originally we were told 4 weeks for manufacture to install. It was more 8 weeks and ZERO communication when we asked for status updates.
In short, once they have your money, if you have any issues, they dont care. Their Communication is absolutely appalling.
Next step is formal complaint via ombudman. *Fingers crossed*
Amazingly professional and friendly free measure and quite service – Had to say goodbye to a much loved space. I got Kresta’s Albert in to advise about some options for window dressings on behalf of the new, incoming owners. I found Albert professional, polite, and helpful. a week before the date. I was very accomodating and booked another date; however, had to wait another couple of weeks to get in and arrange time of work to accomodate the appointment time. The day of appointment I was waiting for the guy to arrive and no one did. I contacted the service desk they told me someone would be there so I continued to wait for 2 hours then tried to phone again and they had gone home. The next day I thought I would get a follow up call ; however, nothing. When I called again, there was no apology, instead a direction to call Subiaco store, again no apology and was told that they would contact customer service who would get back to me today. Thankfully the salesman was very professional & knowledgable and a refreshing change from the sales team. The installation team were also very professional, quick & took all the packaging with them.
The blinds are amazing and do the job perfectly. Very happy with the blinds, the salesman & the installers, and that is where it ends.
One of my chains broke, the one to the main door which we go in and out all day. I went back to the Subiaco store to report this, as the blinds were still under warranty. The same charming staff then proceeded to tell me to go home and email them. I did this & never received a reply. After many phone calls to Kresta, not just Subiaco, but at times someone in the East, no one ever returned my calls. Totally frustrated with this, finally managed to speak to someone who proceeded to send me a bill for $82.50, for a call out. Turns out the warranty you get after you have had paid for and had the blinds installed, states you must return the blinds to the warehouse for repair, otherwise pay for a callout, now how many people have the capacity to do that? $82.50 for a call out for a $5 chain.
So I say buyer beware. In the end I had a chain sent to me which still sits here waiting for a neighbour or someone to replace it for me.
Great product, Subiaco staff need to be replaced & after sales service revised, this is what sets a company apart from others.

month (27th October) before it even arrives in the country, let alone can be installed. That will be a minimum of 14 weeks from measure and quote. Kicking myself for not doing my research, and just assuming as it was a simple roller blind it would be Australian made. The blinds are manufactured in China. I have also been told I won’t be entitled to a refund as they take zero responsibility for the delay, even though they can’t fulfil their obligations. I am now left waiting another month at least for a blind stuck on a ship somewhere. Lesson learned- buy Australian made!!! Reading so many similar reviews shows that Kresta have been misleading customers on their lead times for a very long time. What a disgrace- they are clearly learning nothing from all of these unhappy customers or simply don’t care. Business won’t last much longer at this rate. the guy didn't turn up. I rang to make a complaint, left message, didn't hear back. I rang again and an appointment was made with someone from another showroom (Nunawading). Finally someone arrived and gave me really good service, unfortunately when I called a him a week later, he had left the business. We went ahead and made the purchase. Next problem was the installer, very sloppy job and I had to call back and arrange for him to come out a second time. These problems are an inditement on the management of this business. They appear to be completely oblivious to how poorly this business functions. I don't know how they have survived.

But it gets much worse – the day of installation was a horrendous experience, with a non-English speaking installer who failed to comply with the very basic instructions that he confirmed he understood prior to starting.
The installer caused thousands of dollars’ worth of damage and denied he had done so. Fortunately, I took before and after photos of the job while the installer was onsite, and I was able to prove he had deliberately lied about causing the damage.
Kresta management suggested the damage was due to a miscommunication, I replied it wasn’t and asked them what kind of customer service experience do they think they are providing when they knowingly send out installers that don’t understand basic English? More importantly though - what kind of impact is this having on the mental health of their employees? No response to this last question to date.
Some four weeks later I am still waiting to hear if/when Kresta will fix the thousands of dollars of damage caused by their installer.
Disgusting, shocking and appalling customer service, from a highly unprofessional company.

Don't even think about using Kresta – 7 months later I still haven't got what I paid for. First blinds didn't have a skirting board rebate and both sets had different shades of colour in bands. 1 month ago only one of two sets replaced. Today the second set arrived too short. I want a refund

Rubbish product and zero after sales service – Took months to get a venetian blind and curtains delivered and installed. Original salesperson never returned calls or texts. The curtains are ok but the blind is absolute rubbish - cheap strings that mean it never goes up and down evenly or smoothly. The shutters were installed before Christmas and fitted perfectly in our newly renovated en suite bathroom, and our kitchen. The installation contractor was careful and removed all of the packaging and left the work area clean. The shutters are both attractive and functional: keeping out the light and heat: as both windows are subject to hot afternoon sun. I cannot recommend Kresta highly enough: an excellent product at an attractive price, with good communication and service.
