the frame when you sit on them. I called a week later to follow up, they said they were ordering parts then they called me back 10 mins later and said they weren't going to fix them. I have insurance on them. I then called The Dump where I purchased them from I took the cushion in today and they said that there was nothing wrong with them and that I have to fluff them back up but they don't fluff up..manager then called the manufacturer and they said they will not fix them!! Stay away from furniture from this Company and THE DUMP FURNITURE STORE!! I will be reporting both if these companies to the BBB. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
Looks great but one side started to sag very badly after a few months. Manufacturer refused to do anything – Bought a leather sofa from Kukka 5 years ago. awhile with the sofa getting worse. I was even lying on the higher side hoping it would even out - very uncomfortable. After a year contacted store. They came to our home and took photos to send to Kuka Heard nothing until from them until contacted them again a year later. They stated that they had been in frequent contact with the factory who thought the feathers should have settled down. Asked for more photo to be taken for Kuka. Turns out that Kuka the manufacturer would not replace or do anything about this part of our sofa believing it was not a warranty claim. The store owners offered to take ( at their cost) the faulty part to local upholster to redistribute the feathers. We really appreciate this. This was done with little improvement. It soon reverted back to its pronounced lopsidedness. Being retirees we can not afford to purchase a new sofa and bought this on good faith that if faulty the warranty would cover it. Been a huge disappointment.
