Everything about the installation seemed to be fine. Unfortunately, after driving without music playing and with the window down, I discovered a loud ticking sound with at least one tyre as it rotates. Google tells me it is most likely a wheel weight hitting the calliper and I'll need get a professional wheel balance to fix the problem. Inconvenient and frustrating. Show details
Its been almost 3 months since using these guys and a distinct vibration began while breaking and going over 80kmh with a busy schedule i endured now to find my front tyres have been scalloped due to bad balancing. Do not use these people Show details
Follow-up · Absolutely no accepting responsibility from this dodgy company. Installed my tyres didn't balance properly and was told basically it was my problem. I would recommend seeing professionals not these cowboys

I am quite disappointed by these tyres. I drive a VW Multivan that can be hard on its front tyres so I specifically wanted to get tyres that were long wearing and more durable. Even though I had tried Kuhmo tyres previously and wasn't very happy with their durability, Mycar Tyre and Auto convinced me to try the HP71's as they told me they were a… Read more
superior tyre. I have now done around 15000kms and have discover that I will need to replace the 2 front tyres. As the tread has started to deteriorate badly and appears to be tearing with parts of the tread blocks missing chunks of rubber, even though they still have plenty of tread left. I have never seen or experienced this kind of wear before with other tyres on this car. And I always maintained the correct tyre pressure. The rear tyres are ok and still have plenty of tread so maybe I just got a bad batch.
Excellent Value! – Car is driven in Sydney (99% Rideshare) and occasional road trip. My driving style is mostly relaxed, rarely am I in a hurry. But when the car is pushed, the tyres are up to the task. Durability: 5 Stars. I get approx 80,000km per set. Achieved 95,000 on my first set! I have travelled 253,000km, and have just ordered my 4th set of KL33's! I keep… Read more
inflated at 39psi
My Ratings (out of 5): Durability: 5 stars. Handling: 4.5 stars in all conditions. Stopping: 5 stars Fuel Economy: 5 stars. Noise: 4 stars when new. 3.5 stars once 30% tread. CONS: I wish the sidewalls were more Rideshare driver friendly. Pulling up at kerbs 50+ times a day in busy traffic & dark streets is a recipe for a new tyre replacement!
I buy from either Tempe Tyres, Tyroola or Tyresales - whoever is the cheapest. Scored my latest purchase from Tyroola for $700/set incl delivery & 12month protection! Receipts attached.
I have attached a photo of the tyres currently on my car, complete with sidewall damage sustained the other day! After 80,000km the tyres still work well! Will have new ones fitted 30-Oct-2024 for another 80,000km+

Using these tyres has reduced road noise which was one of my selection requirements. Road grip appears to be much better. Have not yet experienced wet weather driving. Show details
Drove through the recent extreme weather and the fact that I didn't have any issues while maintaining speed on the motorway indicates to me that the tyres do in fact have good grip.
Quick and professional job .... The tech gave me an update on my brake levels which is useful to know. Second car in 3 months ... Will continue using them ... Thanks for a job well done !
Excellent service. Fast turn arround – The person who came to install was super friendly and professional. I have already recommended someone to use your servicses.
Best mileage ever – Have been driving for 60 years multiple cars and tyres. Bought near new forester fitted with Bridgestone and had to get new tyres at 53000. Fitted Kumho 225/55R18 98H KL 33 and just change today at 159000ks. By far the most I have ever got on a set of tyres and double those of the Bridgestones. Very happy with price as well - $165 per tyre v $385 quoted for Bridgestone. Show details · 1
immediate improved feel and noise drop – 5 years on kumho crugen 7s' original with new koleos. researched the chatter, noticed what people reported and went with kl33s'. fitted alligned by a bob jane outlet. drive home 1 hour early morning, rain. this road is chewed up pretty bad. steering true responsive, tyres made handling easy, noise was sharply reduced even in these conditions. i… Read more
tip my hat to all reviewers and to kumho . hopeful of 7 plus years of pleasant motoring. my only other contender was kumho hp71s'. ty everyone!!!!!!
Buying them again and again says it all – my 2014 Kia Sorrento came factory fitted with these 235/55 r19 tyres and I was amazed to get 85000 ks from the first set so I bought them again last time. My car is now due tyres again and the speedo reading is 167000 ks so you guessed it, ordered again and they get fitted on Wednesday. In fairness I probably do 40% highway driving so perhaps this… Read more
helps in longevity. I don't recall losing grip or feeling nervous in wet conditions. also tow a boat and trailer. While I cant compare performance with other brands I did look at other brand options and it seems that getting these fitted balanced and Wheel alignment for under $1k is also great value.
Great all-rounder for AWD SUV use – Very pleased with these. Subaru Outback 2017 4-cylinder 2.5i, 225/60R18 100H (replacing original factory Bridgestone Duelers that came with the vehicle new). Probably run around 300km now since fitting on a mix of suburban, highway, freeway, and mostly well packed dirt, in both dry and wet on all. Grip seems sturdy. Good control on well maintained… Read more
forest dirt/gravel tracks after stressing them a little in very damp conditions. Seemed to grip fine in basic mud, though no hardcore testing. Slipping on wet grass, but nothing the AWD didn't lap up (and this was just me pushing them after pulling over on the side of the road - not real world). Steering resistance is minimal, feeling like they're stressing my power steering less somehow given how smooth they steer. No significant stress-testing on bitumen but they felt very safe and controlled on winding mountain roads, suburban streets, highways, freeways. VERY quiet on well maintained roads. If the road surface is very rough, they are probably noisier than the Bridgestones were, but overall on the majority of bitumen there is significantly less noise (remarkably quiet at times). They ride beautifully on dirt roads too, wet or dry, handling minor corrugation and potholes very well. On bitumen, they generally ride very well and smoothly, though there is a bit of stiffness with potholes but not in a way that feels bad - just solid. And that's probably how I would sum up these tyres - solid on all of the right ways for this type of tyre. They feel very reliable so far. A decent step-up from the original Bridgestone Dueler, and can be found at very reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone. I still need to do testing of braking and control some more on bitumen in dry and wet.

Kumho Crugen Premium KL33 tyres over 75,000km. Awesome Tyre – In Aug 2019 I replaced all 4 with Kumho Crugen Premium KL33 tyres 245/45/R19 . over 75,000 km and over 2.5 years. Can honestly say great in the wet, dry and highway conditions Show details
These tryes are just brilliant – These tyres are just brilliant. I have just ordered another four for my Hyundai IX35, as I will be travelling over Easter. I checked my last purchase and these have lasted 6 years, they still have a few mm above the indicator. Totally brilliant value and safe. Show details
63,000km – Best value for money tyre I have ever had. Went back to buy them again only to be told they no longer are in existance. Dry grip excellent. Wet Grip very good. Wear exceptional. Road noise good. Handling and comfort very good. Pity Kumho don't make them anymore. Show details
Luxury Ride and improved handling – Had these fitted to our Subaru Outback a month ago and immediately noticed the improved ride, handling and reduced noise over the Bridgestones fitted from new. Would recommend these over much more expensive options. Would also recommend using Tyresales.com.au's mobile fitment. Easy, convenient. Show details
Good wear rate, good grip in the wet – came factory fitted on my Kia Sportage. have now done 55k with still about another 20k in tread left, however one was severely damaged by a road hazard so I bit the bullet and decided its worth buying four new ones. Cheapest price I could find was from K-Mart (My Car) at $178 each (A whole $1 cheaper than Bob Jane) but K-Mart were the only ones who had four in stock in my area Show details
Very happy with these tyres – I do a lot of driving on wet, icy, winding country roads so grippy tyres are important to me. These tyres have been great. They’re also great value for money. I’ve previously had Michelin or Bridgestone tyres but these perform as well in the wet. Show details
This is the second set I've bought, great value and handling – This is the second set I've purchased, Far superior to the original Bridgestone and about 40% cheaper. They handle better, run quieter, have great wet and dry handling. I couldn't recommend more highly for value and performance Show details
Brilliant tyres, won't buy anything else – I drive a 2007 Santa Fe Elite. 2.2 diesel. These tyres were factory fitted and got 80,000 ks out of the first set. Did an around Australia trip on the new set of KL33's and now at 182000 still have at least another 5000 ks before needing newbies. I run them at 40 psi. Show details · 1

Not safe in wet – Average aquaplaning resistance, low wet grip, weak resistance to transverse aquaplaning... Only average dry grip and handling. My fav Kumho tyres were the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712. Every Kumho I have own since has poor wet weather performance. On a positive they are long wearing. Show details
Look great and suit my car will buy for wifes car soon
