I feel this brand is a scam. Checked item I bought was in stock, then paid for express shipping with a 1-2 day shipping date. Contacted them after this and was promised it would be set that same day. the order date and if not arrive contact the sender which I waited for 2 weeks. I did sent an email to La haute on the 15th day of order however they did not respond. After a week later I sent another email which they stated that my email went into spam folder and they apologised for that which is okay with me. They stated that one of the product I order is nil stock therefore the order was delayed. Which is a non sense however I given them a benefit of doubt and kindly pick an another product with my size to be sent. Couple of days later they told me that the product I chose instead is also out of stock AS WELL. I am really upset at this point however I sent them an email saying that just send me anything within my size preference. I haven’t heard anything back from them since which has been 6 days. This is a ridiculous treatment to the customer and as a customer I have right to receive what I paid for because when I click to order they didn’t wait to deduct money from my account however I have to wait this long and chase around for my order. La Haute is a great brand however they are just an embarrassment for this time.

As far as I’m concerned, this company is extremely shady and steals peoples money. I had a package that got lost in transit and was going back-and-forth with them for a few WEEKS (yes, weeks). have heard from them - after emailing them 3 different times in between - and they never got back to me, nor did they ever refund me. How a company is allowed to just steal from consumers like this, I have no idea. But fair warning that I would not take a chance, and I wish that I had read a review like this before I did.

different excuse: first, the items were supposedly missed in the packing, then they claimed to be a small business, and finally, they said they were moving warehouses. It felt like I was chasing them down just to get basic service.

Yes, they refunded me for the missing items, but only after I repeatedly followed up. Had I not, I’m sure my order would still be sitting there, ignored. I will never buy from La Haute again. For all their polished appearance, they’re clearly disorganised and don’t value their customers’ time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Horrible Delivery and Customer Service – Last two orders I have made have taken weeks to arrive. One took two weeks to even be lodged with Australia Post even though they state "all orders leave the Adelaide warehouse within 24 hours". That is a flat-out lie and miles from the truth. My current order was placed on 18.03.24 and it is now 12.04.24 and I still haven't received it. The tracking information doesn't provide any expected delivery date.

Also no reply to my query regarding this delayed delivery. I have requested a full refund. It's unacceptable.

Their return system is also very dated and slow. They don't provide a return label so you have to manually write the address and provide them with a tracking number so they know who is returning what. Get up to date guys! Provide a return label like every other company.

In addition to all the above, they offer 15 or 20% off at times but once you make your purchase, they hit you with a 30% off deal. So if you're buying more than one item, it's better to buy one item, then get the 30% off offer, then buy the rest of your items. This is a sneaky tactic. I've spent almost $1000 on your clothes, just give me the 30% off deal from the start.

Good but size up – Quality is nice and very good customer service. I had to email them a few times and they were more than helpful. Pants are a bit too tight though so I suggest size up

Very good – Very good pants from these blokes and decent pricing too, shipping could be faster within Australia though. Need some not so skinny ones now. Always love supporting Aussie business as well
