Don’t pre pay for services as they rip you off! – Don’t pre pay for services as they tell you one thing and do another. Misleading as I was told that they would honour my voucher as I live interstate and then Canberra Centre Laser Clinics withdrew the voucher after being told twice in person this wouldn’t happen. Lied and said they returned my call after numerous attempts to contact and when I went into the salon a sign was up with no staff present. Disgusting.

Very rude and unprofessional – Very frustrating, Appointments gets cancelled numerous times but the admin has no idea of who is cancelling the appointment. Company refused me to use my prepaid treatment because I refused to allow them consent to sell off my data – Tuggeranong Laser Clinics refused me a service which I had already paid for and have been having for the last 15 years because I refused to sign off on their dodgy privacy policy. you do not consent to them collecting your personal data including photos of you during treatment. Their policy states that they can use your personal information to distribute to third parties including those overseas: "We may disclose your personal information to our third-party service providers who assist us to deliver our services, for example, IT service providers, marketing, market research (including by using other available data to gain greater insights about our clients), and consulting services. Some of these third-party service providers are located in countries including the United States and the Netherlands and you consent to these overseas disclosures." Your data is precious and not something to be needlessly giving away (especially to a service you've rightfully paid for) to a company who is going to sell it off to third parties. Always read the fine print before signing anything and make sure the company shows you the fine print before you purchase!

Very bad service – They have asked some services to provide with some price. Re confirmed Cleary twice before paying. When actually visit to attend, charged extra money and refused to accept what they have said at the purchasing time. Not cleared what they are selling and behave differently after purchasing. Happened twice with them at laser clinic center - gungahlin.

Reschedule appointments / office closure when appt booked – Have had multiple appointments changed or cancelled. Have shown up to the office for appointments that had been confirmed to find the office shut. Have tried to contact management for coming on two weeks now since the last incident and no one has contacted me back. - seems they just ignore complaints but are happy to take your money for prepaid treatments that you can’t see to use. Show details

left me horrified to ever enter the clinic again. The level of unprofessionalism has left me speechless. When the girl who did my treatment left the room I overheard her talking very loudly about me. She was making extremely unnecessary inappropriate & rude jokes about my private area... I was shocked. When I came out I was nervous, upset & speechless.

I have chosen to leave this review under a different name due to the pure embarrassment I am feeling. But I feel I must warn others about my horrid experience. I never want any other customer to feel as low as I did after.

Do not go to this clinic unless you want to be made fun of.

Which to me means that you are not allowed to ask any question about your treatment coz operators don’t know how to communicate with customers politely so better to shut your mouth coz your question makes them upset.I made a complaint and hoped I can talk to her manager but interestingly one of the staff of that centre contacted me regarding my complaint which was completely useless!

Unprofessional - 5 steps Microdermabrasion @ Tuggeranong – I got a 5 steps Microdermabrasion pk of 4 sessions @ Tuggeranong, Hyperdrome. First 2 were ok, the technician spend almost 30 min with me and did a thorough job. things, just a very quick micro with some rushed applied cream. Their answer to my complaint was that it can take any time between 20 and 30 min (even it wasn't even 20 min this time, and on the phone before to purchase the original package I was told the 5 steps Microdermabrasions are 30 min) and that if I had the mask at the end I'm basically ok, I had what I paid for!!!!

In the mean time I was so stupid to purchase an additional package with more sessions, but I didn't start it yet as I still have sessions for the current one. I asked for a refund on the unstated package but I was told they have a non-refund policy!!! On un-stated packages? And if so, shouldn't they explain this when they take the money? Isn't that the law?????

that I had not followed the correct preparation procedure. I've had the same procedure for over two years and know what the preparation procedure is. Her tone of voice, her arrogance and rudeness shocked me into a state of disbelief. Even in the waiting room with other customers within hearing distance she continued to berate my flaws. Her insults were relentless, often repeating herself, as if I didn't understand the message she was conveying.

People who attend laser clinics often come for procedures, that require sensitivity and a helpful approach which in turn promote a persons self-esteem and confidence. They don't come in to be berated, belittled or scolded about her flaws by unprofessional staff. Anyway, what real qualifications do these people actually have? They are not even registered nurses!!!!!

I found her comments and mannerisms to be extremely hurtful. I suffer from severe acne and her comments about it made me feel awful about myself as I have no control over my acne.

After leaving this establishment, I could not help but break out in a flood of tears because I could not believe that I had been so disrespected. This person was rude, made me feel very insecure about my face, and treated and talked down to me like I was a child. This is by far one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

I have cancelled my rescheduled appointment as I have lost confidence in their professionalism. The store manager was briefed about the incident and said she would get back to me, as they computers were down. However, with only a handful of staff on duty no-one needs a computerised records to investigate the incident. I am still awaiting a phone call from the manager. MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THE LASER CLINICS LIKE THE PLAGUE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Unprofessional and unhygienic – This clinic is SO unprofessional and extremely dirty. I came in for my appointment last month and when I got taken into the laser room, there was still pink highlighter and laser cream on the bedsheet. was rushed and careless- and when I told her that she had missed a few spots, she replied with “don’t worry I got them all.” I could tell she was quite irritated by me and wanted to just get my treatment over and done with. This was the first time I’ve had this beautician.

After I had this terrible experience, I came out to the front reception and I asked an older lady what the main ingredient was in the enzymatic micro peel and she could not answer. She informed me she would seek advice from another beautician and left the counter, and no one ever came back to assist me? I could tell she was quite flustered. Luckily I had no intention of rebooking my next session in, so I left and have not been back since. There were also about four other customers at the front in the waiting area at the time.

I have one session left in which I was going to give to a friend until she told me that she has had bad experiences with this clinic and won’t be going back. I’ve spoken to a few others and they all say the same.

I won’t be returning - I will let my final session go to waste. I would rather lose my money then be treated rudely and lay in someone else’s filth.

Rude and unhelpful staff – The staff are rude and smug. Wonderful service and excellent results – Am new to laser treatments, however, the girls at the Gunghalin Laser Clinic Are always very accommodating and friendly.
