the staff, they finally just give me my treatment back i paid for, . . . So i thought.

Went in, they said they dint have tune for my full treatment and will be only doing a part of it.

I asked for my money back, they wouldn't pay me back for that days treatment, due to short notice, BUT TOOK THE FULL TREATMENT OF THREE AREAS OUT. IF THEY JUST DID MY FULL TREATMENT OF THREE AREAS I WOULDN'T OF ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK

Great informative free assessment – As I’ve never done anything like this I wanted more information they booked me an appointment with a great nurse who explained everything I was wondering about. Disappointed – Showed up for my appointment and representative said it had been cancelled. I DID NOT cancel my appointment. Apparently computer issues - so they said. Botched lips. Still haunting me – I had lip injections over a year ago. [name removed] put in too much filler, completely did her own thing, didn’t ask what shape I wanted or anything. They are completely lopsided with weird indents and LCA refused to dissolve them, offer refund or any type of support/ advice and were actually very defensive when I showed concern. done at Victoria’s before and they turned out perfectly! I totally took that for granted. It’s been over a year now and they haven’t returned to normal. It’s been the worst mistake I’ve ever made. I’m not into the fake uneven look but if that’s what you like, this place is fine.

Non transferable pre purchased package – Watergardens- Vic. Manager Shannon dismissive and aggressive about transferring last half leg session from Watergardens When told manager may approve. Go elsewhere with customer service as not professional. Not happy. Show details

Wonderful service, great prices and top class products – This is a wonderful salon and the employees are so friendly, honest and helpful. They won't 'oversell' like some other local clinics do (which end up costing a fortune). And their products and services are top quality, but half the price of local clinics.
