not too soft, not too hard, just 100% perfect and so darn comfortable! Please don't think that I give such praise lightly or write these reviews for fun. I don't. My body is well used, I have many broken bits that need looking after and oh my goodness, these latex beds are simply exceptional. They're not cheap to buy but really are amazing value. And after 18 years, my old mattress was still absolutely perfect in every way, no sagging, no divets, no nothing except perfection! How is that possible? When I bought it, they said it had a 20 year warranty which I thought was pretty good and I'd probably get 8-10 good years out of it before it started to deteriorate. But No, it's as good at 18 years old as it was the day I bought it! Why did I buy a new one? My wife and I have moved into a new apartment and needed a bigger, King Size bed and my daughter has now taken possession of my old mattress and she raves about it as much as me! So though I have only had my beautiful new mattress for 2 months and it's no better than the last one (except a size bigger), it is also absolutely exceptional (as good as the last one!), super comfortable, not too hard, not too soft and just perfect in every way!

Im hot around 3am - but that’s a stage of life thing and it is summer after all :) I don’t believe it has anything to do with the mattress.

There were no fumes with my mattress - although it had been a demo in the shop before making its way to its forever home.

I acknowledge It’s a very expensive mattress (even discounted!) and I purchased un-tested …. Relying solely on the reviews - but I’m a very happy sleeper.

This is the third mattress I have purchased from LMA (two for gifts and the last one for me!) and I’ve never been disappointed.

Mattress is well worth the cost – Purchased a Pure indulgence king size as an upgrade from our Queen size latex from another brand. Although I was nervous to change as I thought the old one was perfect the pure indulgence has hit the mark. The bed was delivered and assembled in regional NSW after 3 weeks, the service was excellent. Although this bed was a sizeable investment, we are very happy with our purchase and our quality of sleep has improved a lot.

A lot to pay but worth every penny – It took me a while to reconcile myself to two key aspects of buying this mattress. The price, which seemed way beyond me when first entertaining the idea of a latex mattress and 2 The 'no try before you buy' policy which made no1 even scarier. It hasn't disappointed at any level. Best mattress I have ever slept on – I can’t say enough good things about this mattress! After suffering from neck and shoulder pain for months I am finally waking up pain free! Pure Indulgence King size purchase. The sales lady Melissa was very helpful having to answer numerous phone calls and with her recommendation and knowledge of the products available we decided to purchase the Pure Indulgence mattress, does not disappoint.

2. Despite ordering a firm, firm, firm mattress, the mattress was very soft compared to the display model. Even after 3 weeks, we felt like sleeping on a WATER BED. In our desperation (the mattress cost was $9,000), we removed the top layer of the mattress and is now firmer.

It is certainly different from the mattress we tested in the showroom and we went there twice to test it.

Having 2 layers of latex mattress instead of 3 layers of Pure Indulgence, we could have bought a Pure Support for half the price.

3. In addition to the disappointing experience so far, we received a call on 9 August asking us how we feel about the mattress. We related our experience to her and she asked us to send photos of the mattress that we removed and email to them. Instead of getting in touch with us to discuss the issue, they sent us a marketing email today. Very disappointing

mattress protector we purchased from this business are also good quality. We deliberated for 3 years on which brand of mattress would provide the best spinal support for us as well as a very comfortable nights sleep. My husband no longer has back pain as the Pure Indulgence mattress that was sold to us provides both .......excellent spinal support and a great nights sleep. Just proved to ourselves how important choosing the right mattress is and how wonderful it is to have a good nights sleep. We are now saving up to replace the mattress in a guest bedroom with a Queen Pure Comfort soft medium soft mattress from the same company.

should just add that after two months slight indentations have become visible. They certainly have not effected the comfort and have been easily removed by un-zipping the silk layer and shaking it gently.

We have also purchased a LATEX TOPPER for the bed in our guest room and our daughter has purchased her own latex mattress based on our recommendation. She lives in regional NSW, but delivery was no problem.

models we made the decision to purchase the PURE Indulgence based on the facts that we can change the top layers after if needed and having a full natural latex mattress. We received a 30% discount, however the price tag was still high.

We received the mattress within a week and they removed our old mattress. Being sceptical at first regarding the heat experience which we had from our previous mattress we had a fantastic sleep and what a great surprise without any heat issues.

It takes a while to get used to it, specially changing from a inner spring to a latex.

We only can say, wow what a difference, worth every single dollar and we couldn't be any happier with the product. Once our kids are older we also will change them over to a latex from LMA.

Love sleeping in this bed – Our latex mattress is supportive and firm and very comfortable. We have firm latex throughout & both my husband and I love sleeping on it. I can't recommend a latex mattress highly enough.
