Jane was both very friendly, professional and nothing was too hard for her. We spent an hour just laying around the place and she just kept on making us feel more and more comfortable. If you are considering purchasing the mattress but are worried about the delivery, don't be. The mattress came in perfect condition, it was folded, but as soon as we placed it on the bed it was ok to sleep on. One thing to remember is that you will need a couple of strong individuals to unpack and move it around. It is solid and heavy. Once in place it is a dream cloud to sleep on!

I am very happy! I finally chose to 'jump in' and spend 50% more than I had previously ($4,000) It was worth it! – For the previous four years I had Two mattress's - from a well known brand - but after 18 months they had a mini mountain in the middle and a sense of falling off the edge of the mattress if I rolled too close. it be on your back or side. The feeling of having a good night's sleep can only be described as a stillness that I feel every morning when I wake. My body feels like it has been able to release the days tension, relax, reset and revitalise itself. The sleep I get feels like nothing before. For someone who has a physical job, the perfect nights rest has amazingly helped to improve the health of my back, flexibility, mood and movement throughout the day. Game changer!

As for many, sleep is just what you do. You look forward to good night's sleep, you pass out exhausted and yet if you wake up the next morning feeling tired, like you never slept or could do with a few more hours, we never question why? Having now slept on and experienced the Pure Indulgence mattress for so some time now, I can attest that in my case this was the void.

The old adage that the best things for you never come cheap has a lot of truth. The Pure Indulgence is no exception. However, I now ask myself, what has that decades of average night's sleeps cost actually cost me?

What I didn't know then, I can't erase. But what I have done for my future self now, is priceless.

I first came across one of the Latex Mattress Australia Mattress's when I stayed for a week at an Air BnB in Sydney. Throughout the week, I noticed feeling more refreshed and productive without extra sleep. Looking at my watch (Garmin), I noticed my resting heartbeat was reduced, and my sleep quality was improved.

Returning home, however, I observed the inverse. My sleep, not noticeable to me but traced by my watch, showed a decline, and my resting heartbeat seemed to increase by a couple of beats.

At first, I did not think anything of it, assumed we have ups and downs with our sleep patterns and was thankful for a seemingly great week of sleep in Sydney.

I noticed this same phenomenon again, returning to Sydney and staying at the same BnB.

I talked to my wife, who also commented about a difference in sleep quality and comfort. So we decided to look the mattress up and noted a store close by... The staff were very polite and not overbearing, which was refreshing: they were very knowledgeable of their products. They took the time to go through some of the science and body positionings as you sleep (As an engineer, I found it rather intriguing). We went through the range and came across Pure Indulgence with the adjustable base. I'll admit, I heard the price, and my bottom lip wobbled. Thankfully there is a store in Brisbane, so when we returned home, we could go to view the product further with them. We took some time to discuss the product, and again it was refreshing that the sales team were not pushy and remained helpful through the process.

We went for it...

For a while, I had that horrible feeling of concern that we've just spent that money on a bed; however, I am converted. The quality of sleep and the impact that it has had on our day-to-day lives has been noticeable. I do not regret a penny and wish we had known about these sooner...

If I was to give one bit of criticism, the adjustable base when you sit it up, the table is behind you... So getting your tea etc...

If, as the mattress lifted, it could slide back, staying in line with your bedside table, or it had a foldable table out the side to rest your tea on??? First world problems we no...

So very comfortable! – We were looking to make a long term investment in our health and purchased the S-F-S latex mattress combination. core with soft either side. Luckily I wasn’t able to see this in person because I wouldn’t have purchased what seem to be such a soft mattress. When it was delivered I thought it was going to be too soft. “Pure Indulgence” indeed… my first night was bliss such a soft comfortable top but great support from the firm middle layer. The website suggest going with the firm if you are over 90kg and this has been a great purchase for me. I have come from a Memory Foam mattress and decided on the latex as it was meant to be cooler to sleep on. I am pleasantly surprised that it does seem to breathe better and keep me cooler on hot nights. Very happy with the mattress and the service from LMA.

Mattress is excellent and we love it. Should of brought one ages ago! – The Mattress is very supportive and an absolute dream to sleep on.
