I went to the Aspley store on the 5th of October and agreed on a price for the Avoca Anthracite Outdoor Lounge System. I was told there would be a 2–4 week lead time, which I was happy to accept. received no response. During this time, I also noticed that the same item I ordered had gone on sale at a lower price.

I contacted customer service and was told the item would be discounted accordingly and delivered by 21st November—which is already 6.5 weeks after I paid my deposit. However, as of today, I have still not received any update, and I still do not have the product I ordered, despite Lavita Outdoors holding my deposit.

If I had known the customer service and communication would be this poor, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. I would like an immediate update on my order, confirmation of the revised price, and a firm delivery date.

After making a deposit on a Manly sunlounger set and extra table, I had a slight problem which was immediately resolved after consulting with Wade at Aspley Show room. He provided excellent communication and customer service skills which made me a very happy customer. Thank you Wade! Show reply

Roz was absolutely amazing! I have so much going on and was feeling sad yesterday and decided to buy a new lounge. She was so helpful and has a lot of knowledge. Delighted to discover the lovely Georgia who we've dealt previously with in Nick Scali is now here. She knew exactly what we were needing and looking for and helped us achieve it. Excited to get our Piccola outdoor balcony settings out under the beautiful Shelta umbrella with LED lights for ambience in the evening. I bought outdoor furniture from Lavita thinking I was investing in quality, especially with their 5-year fabric warranty. Turns out, that warranty is basically a marketing gimmick. kind of wear isn’t covered due to “environmental stress.” Seriously? For outdoor furniture?

What’s the point of a warranty if it excludes the exact conditions the product is designed for? It felt like a bait-and-switch.

To add to the frustration, I reached out just days before their Easter promotion and was quoted full price. When I followed up post-sale, I was told they “weren’t aware” of the upcoming discount. Not buying that for a second. At best, it’s poor communication. At worst, it’s deliberately withholding better pricing from customers.

They did offer a small discount on a replacement, but after this whole experience, why would I throw more money at the same company?

Lavita talks a big game about being a family business with values—but in reality, the service was dismissive, the warranty was meaningless, and the resolution was half-hearted at best. I won’t be a returning customer, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values transparency or genuine after-sales support

Great customer service and sensational product! – I called the Aspley store and spoke with Yasmin. I wanted advice on which sunlounge would be best for me. Yasmin was lovely and suggested the Coral Sunlounge could be a good option for what I was wanting. Yasmin was fantastic and her suggestion was spot on! The sunlounge is so comfortable.
