Absolutely flawless internet service, never had better honestly, have been with them for around 5 months now never had an issue, setup was easy and if there is an issue like a outage they are straight onto it, haven’t even had to call them for any issues, not to mention my ping has never spiked while gaming, very consistent,100% recommend :) Show details · 1

Consistently fast and reliable NBN for the most competetive pricing in the market – I have been with Leaptel for 6 months now and they have been great! I have not had any dropouts and speed has been consistently fast. They even reduced the prcice of my plan which is pretty awesome. Excellent speeds & customer support – Great value for money especially with the 12 month discount. Never had an issue with download speed constant 260 Mbps at any point in the day. issues (my only issue with superloop). Had a few outages with the NBN modem, they had everything organised to be fixed and followed up promptly afterwards. Metrics available and Staitic IP/CG-Nat can be turned on/off in the portal. Can’t recommend enough, have swapped most of my family over, they’re on Fixed wireless and they have noticed consistent higher speeds. Feels like a very trustworthy company.
Excellent all round RSP – I joined Leaptel on 50/20 FTTC, then, after 3 months, upgraded to FTTP 250/25. The whole process was very professional, NBN techs were on time, speeds are brilliant and the price is excellent for the next 12 months. Best internet company to deal with! – Got tired of dealing with the bigger companies and was just treated like a number. on hold for an hour to be hung up on. Internet speed is advertised no drop outs or anything. Haven't had a single issue. Highly highly recommend LEAPTEL!!!!!
Signed up so easily - Did not have to talk to anyone – I was informed by the NBN that I could access fibre to the premises under the new infilling scheme and signed up to Leaptel on 28/09/2023. Even waiting for the NBN Co installer I was connected by 17/10/2023. Not a bad turn around for a completely new connection. Speed tests last night showed no slowdown during peak times. I even had access to faster speeds than they promised.
Impressed enough to write a review.
Edit: 9 Months later... Connection and service hasn't missed a beat. Was upgraded to a gigabit connection at some point with no extra cost. Have been with many ISPs over the last 25 years, have never had another service like this that just works with no issues.
Edit: 12 months later was offered a "Loyalty promotion" of $109 for a gigabit plan when the website price for new customers was $99. Because of my loyalty, they offered to charge me $10 more. When I pointed this out, they replied quickly, but I was told they would not match the price. Unfortunately this meant I had 1 year of great service, then had to shift to another provider.

day on FTTP. Speeds are great. Haven't had to contact them for anything since signing up. Considered upgrading to a faster speed plan, but I'm happy with the 250 down. Highly recommend them.
5 Stars for Leaptel! – I have been with Leaptel since November, 2022. Since then, there have been only a few unscheduled outages - otherwise everything is well planned and scheduled, with customers notified weeks in advance.
