This is the best customer support ever! – We bought new house with Opticomm Fibre connection, it’s very hard to locate the box, and all internet provider we tried can’t understand what we are talking about! Thank god my friend recommended Leaptel, the support person Aidan is amazing! He is familiar with the Fibre connection process, helped us on the phone for as long as we need, and coordinated with Opticomm to have both Fibre connection and Internet connection done within 2 working days! Solid all-round – I've been with Leaptel a couple of years now. They're accommodating and understanding. I've never been given a fee for a late payment. The support workers are always a pleasure to liaise with, and they know what they're talking about.

Got connected in a few hours from the moment I put the request until I got the service – I could not imagine that provisioning of broadband service can be done so quickly. The support team is very professional and friendly. Definitely can recommend Leaptel. The internet speed is as promised. The price is very good.

Just great, in every way – Normally wouldn't write a review but I do love the service I get from leaptel. I'm a HEAVY user with a desktop that stays on 24/7 performing various bandwidth intensive tasks and have an overall excellent experience with this isp. Always get my advertised speeds, vary rarely how downtime. 10/10
