Tried to buy a car from them. Told them I wanted to buy it, but I wanted to see photos/videos of the car first as the carsales listing didn't have any. I spent the next 5 days chasing them up, trying to organise to pay a deposit, and to see the car before I made the long drive to buy the car, and I kept getting run around and told someone would… Read more
get me the info I needed soon. All of a sudden (straight after being told they would get me the details soon), the car comes up as sold or unavailable on carsales. I enquired with the dealer about this, and they will not respond to me. They obviously had another buyer lined up, and were too dodgy to have the respect to let me know, strung me along for 5 days incase the buyer fell through, sold the car, and then ghosted me! Absolute poor form. Don't waste your time dealing with these guys, especially if buying through carsales.
Called first to organise a test drive and a trade-in valuation as I'm quite a distance from the dealership. Sales person looked as though they'd rather be somewhere else, and then couldn't find the car he had just told me was in stock and was ready to test drive. Basically shrugged his shoulders and said "oh well". Thought I might as well use… Read more
my time somewhat productively and asked for the vehicle trade-in valuation - somehow this turned out to be significantly lower than an instant online offer through carsales. We won't be returning.
I recently purchased a car from Lennock Outlet and had a great experience from start to finish. Aroz was the person I dealt with, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Aroz was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was… Read more
comfortable with every step. There was no pressure, just honest and straightforward service. The whole buying process was smooth, well organised, and efficient. I really appreciated the communication and support along the way. I’d definitely recommend Lennock Outlet, and if you get the chance to deal with Aroz, you’ll be in good hands.

My24 Defender X Dynamic HSE – From stepping into the showroom to getting our car 9 months later big shout out to Manas and George for all their guidance and expertise... and patience. They delivered our dream vehicle and made it the best experience ever. Cannot thank them enough, and highly recommend them to everyone. Manas is one in a million, best I have ever dealt with... a rating of ***** is never enough

Would like to say thank you for the excellent service after my 7 year old VW tranmission became faulty after only 1 month of buying it from Lennock Motors. Peter Rundle was very obliging and professional in getting it repaired and I wouldn't hesitate buying another car from them
I want to commend the service we have been provided by Lennock Hyundai. We purchased a Tucson Hybrid in September 2024. The salesman was Hugh McCormack and he made us feel very welcome and got us a very good deal on the new car and a great price on our trade-in. I had done a fair bit of research and know that we got a good deal. Unfortunately, our… Read more
new car has suffered some electrical issues that have meant that it has been back to the dealer on two occasions. While this is an indictment on the car, it has led to several interactions with the service team at Lennock Hyundai and particularly Michael Smith the service manager. Michael has been fantastic, he has worked to solve the issues and has understood and empathised with our frustrations. He is a great ambassador for the dealership and we thank him for taking the time to work with us on resolving the issues.
Great service - Highly recommend Lennocks – Bought a used Mercedes from Lennocks two weeks ago. Dealt with Luke in the used car area of Lennocks Hyundai and was very impressed with his service. He was honest, trustworthy and great to deal with. We agreed on a trade on my old car and I was happy with the overall deal on the new one. I would most certainly recommend Lennocks and would definitely buy from them again.

Let me start by saying that if i could give 0 stars i would. My car had a turbo failure. Complete turbo failure, the car was taken to lennock for warranty works. I was unfortunately told I was out of manufactures warranty by 9,000kms. Which fair enough. I already received a diagnostic on the vehicle which I provided to Lennock who went on to do… Read more
another diagnostic (unprompted) and i was urged to pay for it. My car was given to lennock on the 1st March 2026, today is the 5th May and my car is STILL off the road. We put in an out of warranty request with Mitsubishi which I was told many times 'The lennock team has asked to escalate the case'. It got to the 7 week point and I decided to call Mitsubishi Australia myself and find out the case was NEVER escalated. Upon finding out 8 weeks later my claim was rejected I got a ridiculous quote from them. Thousands more than any other repair shop. I wasn't allowed to get my car back until I paid the diagnostic I didn't request and didn't authorise. When I got my car back there was a smash mark damage on the drivers window. I sent a photo to Lennock and they sent back a photo of my car when they received it (with absolutely no damage) stating "this image shows the damage was already there". I am BAFFLED at the customer service and no not recommend these guys to anyone. Stay away.
Not particularly happy with VW Service dept. I am a farmer and took delivery of a new Amarok to replace my trusty MN Triton. After a couple of months, I needed to tow a trailer - a regular thing for farmers. The trailer lights all worked except for… Read more
the RH indicator. Using a multimeter, I checked the voltage at the socket on the back of the Amarok while hazard lights were on. RH indicator socket was receiving connection voltage (less than 1V), but no 12V pulses. Wait time for the issue to be analysed by Lennock VW was about 4 weeks. I tried other VW dealerships, but they were not able to fit me in more than 1 day sooner plus I would need to leave the vehicle all day. When I attended my scheduled appointment (arrived 7:45 am), at least they looked at my Amarok as one of the first jobs for the day. They found a problem with the trailer socket, took it off, only to find that they didn't have the correct replacement part in stock. They refitted the faulty part and said that I would have to come back when the right part came in and then they would replace it under warranty. I was able to head home (75km) by 11:30 am. Three weeks later, I rang to ask when the part was expected to arrive. They said "It just came in this morning." and I wasn't contacted because my service rep was away (what a double coincidence... NOT?). Now it is another 4 weeks wait until they can fit the replacement part. I asked to be put onto a wait list in case anyone else cancelled their service booking, but they don't have a wait list at all. If I didn't want to wait the 4 weeks, I could take the Amarok in earlier, but had to leave it there for an entire week. Being able to tow trailers might be an inconvenience for most people, but it is pretty important on the land. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to make any difference to Lennock.
Follow-up · Fortunately, the installation of the replacement trailer harness went well. I got there right on 7:30 am and asked if it could be done as one of the first jobs for the day. The service rep was obliging and I was ready to go in about an hour. They say that there was a faulty weather seal in the original harness and the new one is good and all… Read more
We had a very disappointing experience with Kirsty at Nissan Motors Philip Canberra ACT. We arrived about an hour late to pick up the car, and instead of handling the situation professionally, she was extremely rude and began swearing at us over the phone. She also made false accusations, which made the whole experience even worse. Customer… Read more
service should be respectful and understanding, even when there are delays. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would strongly recommend others think twice before dealing with her.

Notice to prospective buyers: Do not place a deposit on a vehicle without first inspecting it in person. I paid a $500 deposit based on representations made by the salesperson. Upon inspection, the vehicle was not as described. Despite this, the dealership has failed to refund my deposit in a timely manner. Furthermore, I was subjected to… Read more
inappropriate and unprofessional conduct by the sales manager when I declined to proceed with the purchase due to the misrepresentation.
This conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding the dealership’s sales practices.
I enquired on a preowned Audi, several times, pretty much ignored until after emailing and phoning again, to say the car was sold. It was very hard to comprehend this conversation. It is now several days later and the “SOLD” vehicle is still advertised for sale How could you trust this dealer, especially from interstate. The salesperson Roshan… Read more
eventually asked me to provide details of my trade in which I did, it was like a book. Since then I have just been ignored, no trade in value provided, no contact at all. Why ask if you don’t intend to respond to a potential cash customer, Avoid them here. They will only run you around in circles yet still ignore you. NO professionalism here.

Horrible service. Purchased car new from Lennock Nissan and have had trouble ever since, service area asked my to take a video of the numerous faults, despite showing them the videos they refused to do anything as the issues did not occur happening at the time they had it in for service.
Poor after sales service and not great during the purchase either. Post the sale, which I was made to wait 1 hour to get someone to finalise the paperwork, even though that person was walking around the lot talking to other salespeople. Their after sales service is non-existent, I have tried to contact them 3 times to follow up on some paper work and have been totally ignored, so from my experience avoid dealing with them if you can.
Trade and buy over the phone – A lot of bad luck has been happening to me in recent years so I am pleased to say I took a leap of faith and bought a used Honda from Lennock Hyundai yesterday. They absolutely rose to the occasion, thankyou to Luke, Sarv and the lovely Kat for giving me excellent customer service and a great car!
Highly unprofessional and unreliable- strongly NOT recommended – Unreliable and utterly unprofessional. Time wasters. They turned down our deal after agreeing and me paying the deposit and sending all my confidential documents for verification. The next morning they were negotiating for $500 for a high end SUV costing nearly $30 K. Shocking, pitiful and disgusting. Glad we didn’t have any further dealings with them. Would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.
Customer service is almost non existent – Having bought several vehicles through Lennock VW & Hyundai it’s apparent that after they have you money their respective servicing departments lack any care what so ever. I have now switched VW servicing to another dealer and will also be looking for an alternative Hyundai service centre. In the past I have always used trusted independent service… Read more

the managers (as Kevin was sick) located in the Honda area was extremely professional . There were a couple of things we weren't sure of how to work or open but it was sorted. I purchased a Mitsubishi outlander exceed. I found the staff - Annie and Muhammad ,Kevin & Peter just to name a few at Lennock very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next car from them.
Purchase HSE Defender – Extremely happy from first phone call to the delivery. Both Manas and George were very helpful from finding the right car to getting a great trade in price. Highly recommend
Lennock Used cars - great customer service – Just bought a 2nd hand vehicle from Lennock Used Cars in Hume. Such an easy process and great customer service from start to finish. If I could give 0 stars – Purchased a Polo gti on Friday - cash payment with a trade in. As soon as they got my money it was like I was dirt. Their management of the contract was a joke. angry I wasn't taking out finance. I have no idea why I had to see him - they knew i was paying cash. Disorganised and unprofessional.
I have never seen anything like it. The car was supposed to be new but it must have been a demo. Filthy on the inside. Stored outdoors. Not cared for before sale. It was supposed to be detailed before I collected it but it never moved from the lot all weekend.
Other new cars (purple polo) had muck and rust? around the windows, damaged paint and other things that indicate they don't care about the cars they sell.
I got a refund. Having read the pertinent negative reviews about this business, I advise you there are better dealers who are professionals, and take what they do seriously.
Buying a new car should be a joyous experience, not one where you're made to feel like a liar or a cheat, when it's the other way around. I believe they stuffed up royally on the trade in deal and they tried to extort money from me, despite the contract not stipulating anything about receipts or timelines.
Dear Lennock, you cannot amend contracts after they've been signed unless the person is there with you to initial and note the changes. I set you up on Saturday and I was hoping you'd at least invite me in to do what is legally necessary to amend a signed contract. All parties signatures and initials should appear on the changes. Totally unprofessional of you Rick.

Car Buyers be aware!! – Would not recommend this company. I had made an inquiry on a car this company was selling, made it very clear I was set on a particular car that I wanted to buy, they told me I had to wait until Monday to proceed with buying the car, call up Monday morning to proceed with the purchase of the car to then find out they sold the car to someone else… Read more
that Monday morning just before I called. I think that this is totally unacceptable considering the salespeople Pete and Graham both knew my full intentions of buying the car and it was them who told me to wait until the Monday. I am extremely disappointed and devastated by the way I have been treated as a customer and now not being able to buy the car that I was set on (as they knew). They do not deserve the 1 star in this rating. I hope this doesn’t happen to another buyer… be aware!!
5 stars – Purchased our beautiful car from Lennock Motors- It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tara Murphy from Lennock Honda. We got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Thank you Tara and the finance team for making our purchase very pleasant and easy Happy to refer anyone to Lennock and hope to make more purchases again in the future!
Useless basterds – Baaught a used car from there Phillip used dealership. All 4 rims on the car where buckeld after market rims aswell. Also the clutch and flywheel have and issue 2 days after buying it. They have not once returned a phone call or email. I gave up with them and will be seeing them in cort. Never from the useless basterds.
Volkswagen – We are tall people and were looking for a roomy car. Alex working at VW was enthusiastic, a good listener and persistent in his research for finding a solution for us. We would recommand him with no hesitation.
Great vehicle knowledge, great service, great support – The Lennock Volkswagen Team provided great customer service, were knowledgeable about the vehicle and supported me through the entire sales process.
Lennocks – Lennocks is replacing my work vans motor after it broke down out of warranty. I am more then happy and will buy more vehicles off them in the near future
Great customer experience – We’ve recently purchased a 2nd hand car and was greatly satisfied on how they cater to clients. The assistance from the start to finish was swift and smooth. Special thanks to Elona and Jonathan!
